I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub

I didn't like the fact that I left two items in the room, called and spoke to someone said that they would have it waiting for me at the front desk when I came to pick it up my items are nowhere to be found. And then the next person told me that they would call me in the morning to let me know about my items and no one has called me and it has been 5 days. Someone has clearly stolen the items that I left in the room and it wasn't anything worth taking a Samsung smartwatch and a pair of shorts all of a sudden they can't be found I don't have them whom I was with doesn't have them....... I shouldn't have to consider things a loss especially when I called almost 2 hours after I left.. very bad business probably not going to return to that location or any other locations if this is the theme of the hotel/motel and this is just my second time staying there and it is my last

The property was clean ! The staff was nice. The room was clean.

That the water kept cutting off on me. While in the shower. And we had two men knock on our door that we didn’t know.

Everything. The room was NASTY, we had to spend the first 30 minutes cleaning. No comforter on the bed. Blunt roaches in the floor & ash tray, A used eye lash, and other trash in the floor. Housekeeping has their small children cleaning with them.

Bullet holes in the front door, the floor was filthy and made your socks dirty, the sheets already had blonde hair on them. No tissue paper in the bathroom, the heat didn’t get past warm. And the filter in the heater was very very dirty. And ashes on the bedside lamp

•Ceiling falling apart from leaks. •The place wasn’t even finished (no trim in places, gaps in floor) •Not clean at all •Very surprised there wasn’t bugs. The sofa looked horrible. I literally sat on the table instead. • Bathroom faucets leak • Only good thing I can say is the staff was nice. • Would not recommend and we will not be back.

Could have been cleaner, we had to ask for towels. Paid a different price than what was on Booking.com. Water came in the window. 1 light in the room didn’t work. The jets in the tub, only 2 worked and the shower leaks.

Wierd ppl being loud in hallways banging on door next to us and they busted the window. Not quiet night at all & no coffee machine in the room.

It was right off the interstate was the only good thing about it.

Was not clean by far.Workers were rude when we asked for help and they said they had breakfast and they didn't.

not very clean, wad in a shady neighborhood and there were several young men hanging out late night into the early in the morning. did not feel especially safe there. Several long staying residents there that were questionable. Was not anything like pictures. Very disappointed.
