The breakfast did not taste good.

The cleanliness of the hotel rooms, elevator was poor. Our door keys didn't work, the elevator needed maintenance service, our toilet didn't flush.

No towels for the pool. Breakfast could have more choices.

the staff was a little rude and on top of it why couldn’t we bring guest back to the hotel past a certain time I just thought that was ridiculous

too many snow birds on extended stay, months at a time.

The lobby was updated. The TV was large. The bedding was clean and comfy. Direct beach access. Near good restaurants. Lots of other kids and families here.

The rooms were not well maintained. The carpet was fraying in some areas, old water stained faucets, poor drywall patches (painted over). The bathroom was so tight you had to stand in the shower to shut the door. The pool was very old. But most of all, the musty smell. My family couldn't breathe well when in our room. We asked for a refund, but they offered to switch our room. So we relocated to the new room. It was an improvement, but still overwhelmingly musty. After 5 minutes in the room we tried to ask for a refund, but they wouldn't give it to us for that day. Literally there for 5 minutes. All night I could hear the AC kick on and off. We checked out as soon as we woke up the next morning. They did refund us the remaining days. Just FYI, if you are by the main pool, the music doesn't turn off until late. There was no chair service on the beach, but it did have beach access. Also, one of the restaurants had closed down and that was not mentioned at check in (the taco place - the one place my kid will eat). I would not stay here again.
