The staff are very helpful.

For the price paid, the rooms were very updated. The wall seemed paper thin as we could hear everything. The rooms around us were doing. The lobby and the staff were very good but the room accommodation was very poor, considering the price we paid. We were not allowed a late check out either.

well first off I had booked the room for two nights and I got called into the hospital to work so I did not arrive to the hotel till 4:15 Saturday no help to help us get a room for Saturday only from the staff and then first they charge my card 809.00 and then 271.00 and when I went to check out I asked what the extra charge was for the employee could not tell me. on our floor people were very loud till 3 am so we could not sleep. no one even asked how our stay was total disappointed with the Sheraton I have stayed there years ago it was wonderful .

I loved it!!! The room was immaculate. I would recommend this place.

My toilet were clogging as soon as I used it I asked for a wine opener and the bar claimed they had none but invited me to buy from them. My room next door was noisy and smelled of marijuana There were loud banging at 4 am in the morning. Could not get a peaceful night as I needed for work. I am a traveling nurse.

The beds were comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful like the bell boy and the restaurant staff.

From the start I was disappointed because I made my reservation in August and requested a room for handicapped guest because the bathroom situation is very important for their comfort. The lady at the front desk said we are fully booked and don't have an option for you. I mean a request was sent to you for over six months should have been respected and honored to accommodate me with this request especially that i made the request in writing here in booking and also called asking for that request but they just don't care about it. Additionally, the temperature in the room was extremely hot for the duration of our stay. We couldn't sleep or eat or work from the heat. That ruined it for us. We actually had to leave and travel back one day early because of that. It was around 2pm and they didn't understand and still made us pay for the third night and pay for the parking because we passed the checkout time. It wasn't the check in time for that day yet so I am sure they are not losing money because if their hotel was a good one, we would have stayed the night. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed from the management.

there was some type of event and it seemed as though all of the guests were smokers. I had my children with me and they were surrounding the entrance. Not only did we have to pass the group of smokers out front but when we entered the whole downstairs lobby smelled like smoke and coffee.

The location, the breakfast, and the room was nice and clean.

Some appliances were broken in the bathroom.
