La ubicación está bien

La regadera tenía fuga, y tiro demasiada agua en el baño, nos quedamos 2 noches y no se limpio el cuarto, que porque nosotros teníamos que pedir que se limpiara, pésimo servicio

El desayuno un poco lento, cuando se termina algo tardan en reponerlo y el lugar es muy pequeño para la cantidad de personas que asisten, poco variado el desayuno

Staff was great. Room was large and comfortable. I felt safe. Breakfast was good with many options. The social hour was a nice touch.

The air conditioner was so noisy I had to turn it off. So room was stuffy even with an open window.

Todo estuvo muy bien!!

Lo único que no me gustó fue el personal del comedor a la hora de desayunar. Quitan todo antes del horario establecido, no se desayuno tranquilo con ellos ahí.

Inigualable ubicación Habitaciones limpias

No hay cobertores o colchas extras en la habitación. El área de desayuno está sobrepasada en estos fines de semana de mucha afluencia de huéspedes y de nuevo mucho frío para comer en las mesas de afuera además falto variedad, otras veces está mejor surtido y más completo.

Shower drain needed to be cleaned, didn't like having to stand in ankle deep water during my shower. This should be addressed at least once a week to maintain

Really bad service, facilities bad shape,not room service even if you request it! NO BODY CLEAN OUR ROOMS IN 3 DAYS AND I REQUEST IT

The jacuzzi tubs suites are worth the extra the tub fits two of you wanna make that happen! The happy hour at night was great the bartender was amazing and we met interesting people while there! Breakfast made our day each day with different choices each day and everyday favorites like waffles! Bacon day was our favorite!

The tubs show their age but still fully functional! Cheap toilet paper if you’re used to cushiony bring your own! But small discomforts really. Thin walls if you have noisy neighbors may need ear plugs!

Beds were comfy, the area was quiete. Nice staff and good breakfast.

I liked that it was clean and majority of the staff were amazing.

I didn’t like that the toilet in the room kept clogging. The HDMI cord for the tv in the living room was broken so the tv didn’t work at all. The room wasn’t as up to date as other rooms I have been in here at best western. Lastly I don’t like that no one comes and cleans the rooms daily and gives new linens, towels, wash clothes. Oh I forgot I don’t like that I called at night to get my toilet plunged for the 3rd time and the man who answered the phone said he’s send someone up but never did I didn’t get my toilet plunged until I called again the nest morning. (Yes me and my son used the toilet all night when it was disgusting and full until someone came to plunge it).
