The room size was good, and the location of the hotel was good as well. Not in a very busy location but close by the airport. The breakfast was decent and the pool was a decent size as well.

Location, excellent. Rooms were comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Good size, nice and clean. Very helpful personnel in general. Quite location.

The 4th floor is noise, some weird Tennants. I have to request to change room, gave a room in the second floor, quiet area. Breakfast can be better for the price of the room. Was ok.

The friendliness of the Front desk staff especially Nicole. She was a joy to work with pleasant and very attentive.

The room was a little dirty and dusty. The bathroom floor was dirty as well as the tub.

The room had no towels when we checked in then when we came back the desk clerk said they still did not have any clean but should be when the dryer stops later. This was at 1 am the last time we asked.

The staff were friendly and somewhat helpful to my needs.

There were tiny bugs crawling on my desk and on my sheets. I was itching all night. I didn’t know if it was bed bugs or lice or whatever. In the morning I told them what I went through and they gave me bug spray to spray myself. I even saw the same bugs crawling on the table I was eating on in the dining room. There was hair on the bathroom floor the room wasn’t cleaned properly. And the lobby smell faintly of weed. That makes me nauseous.

The staff was HORRIBLE! Did nothing but complain and never at desk.

The breakfast was great had plenty to choose from. The location was fine just wish it wasn't so much construction around area

False advertisement. The room looked nothing like the booking photos on booking.com. The manager said that they were remodeling. That was fine except the room I was in looked bare and had no extra seating. When we arrived no towels or tissue was stacked, we literally had to ask for everything! Then a day into our stay there was no hot water, then a day later no water at all coming out of the faucet. To make it worst the water coming from the faucet smelled like sewage. As far as the distance, it wasn’t a big deal we came to visit my son at the Macdill Airforce base. I gave it a 2 because the manager refunded a “very small” portion of my money. Bottom line.. horrible experience. I will be more intentional about booking again, and I will not be using this 3rd party site again!

the staff was rude, the check in was at 3 but the room wasn’t ready until 4, the pool was not clean, there was mold in the a/c unit. this was only a few of the issues

Coffee was good and hot.

The shower water only reached what seemed to be room temperature. Wasn't very warm. The hot tub was out of service. The breakfast was on the light side. The waffle iron worked but the timer was broke. No bagels nor fresh fruit(or limited). I have experienced much better continental breakfasts.

shuttle service sucked and took wildly too much time to greet us (60 min). front desk sold our rooms to others then lied about it. when I asked for a refund for the room they sold out from under us, I was told we already paid less than normal rack rate through booking.com and they would not help us. I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL…..
