I was late for breakfast in the morning and had a long drive to cover with two young kids in the car, so I refilled the water bottle for the kids and the hotel staff came and insulted by being very rude and unprofessional. I apologised for refilling the water but I also told it’s for the small kids who wanted water, but the lady staff was not bothered.

Nothing at all from the no water for the majority of the stay, and I booked a Jacuzzi room for two nights for a ten percent discount that she double booked me on top of that for what ever reason this management are crooks and there should be new management no offense. Oh and the roaches are amazing in the back I don't think I would eat there or ever book there again I'm gonna talk to the corporate watch .

Everything especially no water for a booked jacuzzi room. Oh and thank God I brought my own blankets, because I didn't even get under the sheets, but when checking out I looked and there were stains on the sheets ewww. I thought this stay was worser than the last management. On top of armed robbery, then the lady said for what ever reason she wasn't allowed to rent to me anymore, and tried to keep my Cart I had left and told me that she didn't have to really give me back my Carr that they put in the locked garbage area is that legal arny they supposed to jeep your stuff like a lost and found for a certain amount of time like 24 48 hours, I told her then your stealing because you know it's mine and it's right there in the garbage area so for her not to give me my belongings that I left would be stealing.

The staff were very nice, although the manager seemed kinda "above" answering simple questions and he referred to other staff to check us in, when she was clearly busy. But the rest of the staff was nice! They had a break in a water line nearby but the staff was totally fine with us leaving early and getting our money back. The hotel is in a great neighbor hood with lots of stores. Just a few minutes to a big area with Target, Ross +++.

Had planned two nights, but in the morning after the first night they said the water would be gone for a few hours due to a break nearby. We were unable to shower, and had to go other places (Target is close by, thank God!) to use the bathroom multiple times. When we came back at 5 PM the water was still gone. So we decided to leave, and wanted to cancel the next night. The staff were very accommodating and the water break is not their fault. They could have arranged for a portapotty or something, because driving to Target to use the bathroom was kinda stressful. Lots of noice from the people above, not well isolated. People smoking weed right outside our room, witch had our rom stink for a long time. There were signs saying its not legal, but people did not care.

Noisy. Bed was pretty hard. No extra chairs or table to sit at. Parking spaces are tight.

The location was nice but now homeless people come knocking on the second floor like crazy person running around yelling. This was uncalled for the was no security guard to get rid of him. This Best Western is not safe for anyone to stay there I had my daughter for Easter morning but I was very tired after just picking her up after drive five hours to get there, and the late night knocking started like 1:30a.m. to 3:30a.m. until the fireman and the police came . At least this time the toilet stayed to the ground.

Everything was very unpleasant this visit. I guess I try a new hotel now. I didn't even get a discounted stay .Best Western are supposed to be the best but not here . Shari Guisto awful!

Ther6was no hot water for the spa, there was no hot water literally for the shower nothing came put. Heater didn't work either and still I was charged. I couldn't even bathe

Comfy bed, clean room. Affordable and not too far from Monterey.

Fireplace in our room was not working :(. It got a bit noisy at night.
