The breakfast was nice and the easy access to the freeway.
They did not have the room I booked. They offered me a cheaper room for the same price. The room was dusty and not clean. The soap bottles and lotion were near empty. There was actually no lotion in the bottle.

Appliances were not working, I.e. the iron and ice machine

The pole made us all blue was not clean the shower outside. The pool did not work. My room had red stains on the carpet, which sadly that they were notified before about this.

I absolutely love that they offered us cookies for our stay ( warm up too! ) . Amazing staff!!
Some sheets and pillow cases did have stains and a few hairs on them upon my arrival.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Room doors were really heavy, so you could hear whenever anyone's door would close, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

Location is was convenient for me, it was half way to everywhere I wanted to go, plus it had a train station 15 mins away walking distance to get to downtown LA. Nice and comfy bed and very spacious room.
The overall hotel is nice but it doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The Staff of the hotel were super lovely and helpful and that’s always a plus.
Is a 4 star hotel that looked more likely like a 2/3.
My room was not cleaned to a good standard, I found some crumbs on the carpet all around the room. The bathroom had limescale all over the shower and the room overall was quite dusty.
The breakfast buffet was average, the coffee specially was quite bad , but they had a good range of fruits, cereals etc.
