No one at reception when I arrived at 6.30 pm. Had to wait 30 minutes before someone eventually turned up!!

nice hotel well located in Newport. The hot tub was cool and big balcony event though it was a bit freezy this night. the bed is confortable. parking for 15$ per night.

GREAT locationin Newport Beach, only 2 blocks from the beach and many great resturants in the area. The inn offers complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes.

Really rude staff and I could hear through all the walls. There was light shining into my room every night. And the heating was so loud it would wake me every time it came on.

How close it was to the water.

The dirty sheets, they didnt have fitted sheets, so the sheet kept rolling underneath us, the bed was uncomfortable, the seals on the doors and windows were leaky, I could hear every little conversation people had when walking by, the room was tiny, and the floor was dirty.

Great location, plus we could see the beach waves right out our window, room was very cozy and convenience all around. We walked to the beach, and rode Ebikes around town.

There was some ants in the room and the AC/Heater vent was dusty and dirty. And we had to pay for parking upon arrival, if you don't pay for parking then you park on the street.

Room was nice and beds were very comfortable.

Front desk staff not helpful in explaining why the rate they were charging was $200. over what had been quoted on Booking. com. I was told that the rate included a security deposit which would automatically be refunded upon checking out the next morning. When I checked out the following morning I requested a printout of the charges and was told that it would be emailed to me. As of this evening I haven’t received any emails from the hotel as promised and don’t know what I have been charged for the two rooms. I find this unacceptable.

House keeping cart seemed to be outside my door the entire day, got in the way loading in and out!! A bit noisy after hours!

Location was good. short walk to the beach. Cute little place. very clean. Allowed us to stay parked after checkout the next day until 3pm, which helped quite a bit as there is very little beach parking. They offered beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Beds were comfy. cute little courtyard to sit and just enjoy your surroundings. Enough parking for every room. Evening front desk gentlemen very helpful and friendly

There was air conditioning in the rooms but it wasn't that great. Took a very long time to get the room to tolerable. No conditioner, only soap. Coffee pot but no where to plug in unless you set it on the floor. TV was horrible to try to operate. Charge of 15.00/day to park in addition to what was already an expensive room stay.

Unfriendly staff, when you ask a question you feel like you are bothering the staff, “in-room jacuzzi” was a slightly oversized bathtub/jaccuzzi fnction didn't work. floors were dirty in the room, toilet ran all night ,internet was weak and slow so it was unusable . NO conditioner, no bar soap, no bottle water, no breakfast... We should have stayed at a Marriot. This place was definately not worth the money we paid. Also, I don't want to get some message about "thank you for your feedback. we are sorry your stay did not meet your expectation". Instead, resolve the issues and issue a partial refund for the poor service and accomodations we received. We rebooked a second night so my daughter could rest while she had a migrain, but did not stay at the hotel another night. We would never stay at this hotel again for the price we paid. Booking.com doesn't care if it's customers have a good experience or not, they just placate customers into thinking they care by responding to reviews with no action taken.
