Place is neglected. Tv didn't work, it was dirty, door didn't lock, and got a non smoking room that reaked of cigarette smoke.

Cheapest motel I could find
Charged a $50 deposit upon check in. Told the guy I had to be at work at 5am and asked if someone would be there to give me my deposit at 4:30 am. Dude says no problem. Went to the office at 4:30, guess what? Guy claims he's got no cash on hand. Had to go back after work where I had to wait for the manager to show up. It all just seemed like a scam to get another $50 .

My sleep
I stayed here for 3 days and they never brought me a refrigerator or microwave and I had stayed for two nights and then I added on another night they wanted another additional 50 bucks and I had to pay a $30 for early deposit but I was already in the room that doesn't make no sense

Great location
The people keep your 50.00 deposit after you check out they have a time limited to pick up your deposit in cash they just keep it said you didn’t pick it up in time I was in the long line and time was up so I used credit card next time so when I checked out I knew I would get it back NO they just keep your deposit.

It had roaches and bed bugs every where and I am all bit up and I want my money back I have videos to prove it I can't send them for some reason

The staff were super friendly and it was a great stay for the value.

Staff was nice
Dirty room, bedding had burn holes bathroom door on backside had brown smears all over it. Tub was rotten and felt like you could fall all the way through it. The cable for the tv was not up to code.

Stop charging people a deposit and hotel fee when u check out and then not give ur deposit back they just throw ur out and threat people way to much

nothing it had drug addicts standing out side hanging on stairs. Drinking smoking. Room was nasty Roaches crawling on ceiling and shower curtains. tub was nasty area nasty. looks Drug infested. office personnel had us wait while they smoke cigarettes before letting us check in. first representative was rude. locks on door looks as if they been kick in before room keys didn’t work. I immediately went back to office to check out. and got a room else where. the pool looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com pool was empty and nasty with a whole Duck family in it water was nasty green with trash in it.

Room wasn't even clean when I got it and I called the office at 11:25 to let them know I was on my way back to pick up deposit and he said I couldn't get it back because it was after 11

It was really uncomfortable no deadbolt on door keys don’t really work. A lot of loud noise beds super hard.

Nothing at all no housekeeping service unless you check out
Horrible customer service no house keeping available unless you check out manager doesn't like to listen very hard to communicate with staff nobody speaks English front dest staff a very rude wouldn't recommend to anybody not even a homeless bug 🙄 this place is just horrible and need to be shut down for good I will never stay at this place ever again for as long as I live
