Location, and the pillows
Staff was rude to guests. We had issues with items in the room, maintenance came and said they'd return. We never saw them again. They left a mess on the countertop. When I asked the desk clerk for assistance, she just said sorry. We were never able to resolve our issue. Wifi was not working correctly either.

Nothing but the location
The staff was very unhelpful, it stunk, the amenities were completely empty, and the breakfast they wanted $30 for 2 adults and one child. It was my worst Hilton experience at a chain I normally enjoy.

The facilities are not taken care of like in the past. No room clean services unless requested. When we did request they only brought fresh towels.

The room was spotless. The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I asked them was their something in the water that makes the people in Amarillo so kind? Wonderful stay. Will choose this hotel again.

price increase the day after Thanksgiving plus breakfast was free but now charge outrageous prices for breakfast buffet and sodas were $5.00 a piece.

The bedding was clean, as well as the mattress and pillows being super comfortable!
The air conditioner was not running great, but cooled well when it was on. I believe something must has been wrong with the AC and it was causing a light musty smell in the room. Would have preferred the shower tile to be cleaner.

The “hot breakfast” was lacking and when we got there at 830am, there wasn’t much hot food out. The girl working had absolutely no urgency to get the food out. When it was put out, it was two different types of “omelette s” that looked like they were made from powdered eggs.

The staff were fantastic and worked hard to accommodate us. I actually felt sorry for them.
The first room was hot as hell. Moved us to another room and it was a little better but still hot. The pool was down for maintance. The pool was the main reason I chose the hotel. My suggestion is to put that on your website.

the floor tile in the bathroom was lose and door damaged from water, shower door very awkward, cleaning staff did not clean my room after first day. Then when cleaned left no coffee for machine nor cups. Pool and hot tub out of commission.

The property was clean and staff was polite
The hot tub had no heat whatsoever due to what the staff told us was a “broken piece on the heater” - the whole purpose of our trip was to get out of town, relax and enjoy the hot tub so it was extremely disappointing. Also we used the stairs and skipped the elevator after the first time using it and hearing and feeling the grinding/shaking upon stopping..

The room was great, the king size bed still new and comfortable, and the room had plenty of room with a good table/desk to eat on. The front manager was really nice each night.
The hot tub wasn't hot, and no one cleaned my room until the morning I checked out. The evening front manager stated that the hotel had trouble hireing extra help. So lack of workers
