The staff were very friendly, the breakfasts were incredibly varied with all sorts of options, and overall we just really enjoyed the stay. This was my first time there, and I plan to go back.

I wish the bathroom had a separate switch for the fan and the light; I have sensory issues, as does my son, and that was bothersome for both of us.

I enjoyed how friendly the staff were during interactions while checking in, or saying goodnight after meeting a few people in the lobby. That really made my brief stay a little better.

The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. Although I was only there for a short amount of time, the room I stayed in (handicap accessibility room) had unsafe electrical plugs (belkin power strip just dangling from the wall with many things plugged into it, unsecured wires not managed properly). The furniture was well worn down, but I can understand if it is old. The bathtub also seemed to have been repaired multiple times in a hurry, as the shower curtain rod had loose and missing screws, one which was sitting almost completely undone.

Did not eat breakfast. One bed was bad and hurt husband's back.

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear the couple next door to me having sex. The new checkout system sucks!! Even the staff hates it. Tried to get my bill split and it was almost impossible. The staff had their IT department on the line and they could not even help. Eventually they fixed it and emailed me the correct receipt. You need to reevaluate this system. its too slow and cumbersome especially when your own IT department cant figure it out.
