Beach chairs and shuttle
Pool, not enough coffee, no view, uncomfortable furniture. We are holiday inn club owners and had to purchase through booking even though we are are 750,000 signature points owners

Peace and quite
They do not provide room cleaning, they don’t give extra towels because there is laundry in the room and they expect you to wash them. I don't go on vacation to do laundry.

Room was VERY clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Free shuttle was perfect for the daily beach days. Proximity to shops restaurants etc. wasn’t too crowded which was a bonus even though all the rooms were booked. The room was huge. Perfect for us all to have our own space. Will surely be coming back next year

convenient parking and super nice property. Loved the auto front door when we were always coming back with full hands 😁 staff always friendly as well.
The screened in back patio was great only issue was you had no banister/railing to lean against while you stood outside and watched the pretty canals, but it made me have to sit back and relax 😊

The room was very large and spacious. Excellent beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Everything was spotless inside.
There was a smell of sewage in the area that was a little off putting.
There was some construction nearby. Felt like the area surrounding the hotel was a little less desirable than the hotel itself.

spacious suite with modern decor, fairly well-equipped kitchen and lovely living space. some nice little extras available for free eg deck chairs for the beach with the shuttle service, bbq utensils, children’s beach toys. a short work to the harbour front, with bars and restaurants.
no bar! swimming pool was pleasant but small.

great place to stay with family/kids. people had space to move around, able to buy groceries and make breakfast every morning. loved the shuttle and ability to borrow cooler/beach umbrellas/chairs

Large apartment-like living room, kitchen and master bath was especially nice. Comfortable beds and screened lanai.
Construction near the front entrance blocked a direct walking route to restaurants but only a minor inconvenience.

The suite was great. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, air con worked well. Good supplies of things like dishwasher tablets and washing powder - which is rare. Daniel on reception was excellent. The pool couldn’t have been warmer - like a bath.
I struggle to find any issues. The sofa didn’t have any cushions?

Really friendly and comfortable resort. Can launch boat directly from the resort marina which was very convenient. We enjoyed celebrating Christmas in a really beautiful property.
