Pool closed, ice machine broke, staff was not helpful to find rooms.

The breakfast was pretty good. The location put us right in the middle of everything we needed to do that weekend.

My daughter rolled a ball in between the bed and the night stand and she couldn’t reach it when I grabbed it I discovered a needle on the carpet. There was food reminiscent under the curtains. And our towels and shampoos and soaps were not refilled the trash was not taken out.

The breakfast was very sparse and there are no vending machines had to go to front desk and charge my sodas to the room. Otherwise, very beautiful hotel and very very worth every penny.

Need more breakfast variety and vending machines on the floors

The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

I was in room 315 and the second bed comforter has some type of weed "sticker" that poked my son on the foot. it was embedded into the comforter. We found 2 of them embedded into the comforter and was difficult to get out.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Property was run down and dirty. The smell was bad and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Big room, overall clean and nicely decorated hotel. Very inviting. Delicious breakfast!

The bed was hard as a rock. Mold on the wall by the ice maker on floor 3. Pool and hot tub were closed and we were not told of this while making reservation.

A excellent Breakfast in spite of the Covid. And the room, was very impressed with it. Well worth the money and the stay. Will definitely come and do the same room arrangement again in the future. Thanks Guys.

The manager is fantastic!! She was so nice, efficient and helpful.

Breakfast was terrible. Bagged take_out was a bottle of water, a breakfast bar, a small apple and a tiny prepackaged muffin. Other options were available for your selection: prepackaged bagel, yogurt, individual boxed cereal and watery juice. Preservatives overload!

See above. Room was DARK, light bulbs were totally insufficient for comfortable lighting. Bathroom was adequately clean but shower doors were like flapping doors. Bedding was not fresh, sheets were worn and thin and musty. Comforter was HEAVY, totally useless as covering, smelled very musty. I checked in late in the afternoon and didn't return for overnight until after 10 p.m. It was so late I didn't ask for another room. On checking out, I told the desk clerk tat the room, 220, needed a thorough cleaning.

The location was in a excellent spot and close to a Waterpark were we could have some water fun. Staff were all friendly and the room along with building was extremely clean!

The pool was closed and the grab and go breakfast was a joke. Understand that covid regulations has an effect on this. But those where the two reason we chose this hotel to stay at.

Bed was comfortable.

Wish they had told me they were remodeling before hand. They were remodeling so ice machine & vending machines were out of order on our floor. They were vacuuming early in the morning.

Very run down . First room was dirty. Lampshade was bad condition. Dirty furniture. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Dirty walls. I told them it was unacceptable and they gave me another room. Second room was in better condition.
