Don’t give your credit card if you have already paid. Even if i showed him that i’ve paid everything on booking, he asked me to make a transaction for the night and the deposit, and that he will give it back quickly. Since then, i received only one refunding for 1 night without the taxes. So i paid 190€ on booking for all, and i paid a second time 172€ at the hotel, but he gave me back only 79€, so he stole me 90€. Nobody will answer, don’t lose your time and your money

There must be some bed bugs and there’s definitely cockroach.

Great location. and staff very helpful and friendly

Rooms need more attention to cleanliness. Coffee machine didn’t work. However I didn’t mention so could have had that fixed if I did I assume.

some odd people wander here (probably isn't a best district), fortunately we and our possessions are good. Stuff close reception's door even by daylight

Location is great

The room doesn't have any furniture. No night stand, no chair, no fridge, no microwave, no even coffee maker. I had to ask even for a tv remote!!

This hotel is great for people traveling for work or a family that just needs a place to sleep. There are great places to get every meal. You need to remove everything visible from your car. All of San Francisco is smash and grab.

The location was good. Close to everything we needed.

It was loud because of the traffic and other guests during the whole night. We had roaches in our room.
