Breakfast no longer part of the stay. Now must pay extra. Alienates many guests, and notwithstanding, forces staff to monitor closely. We paid $54 extra for 4 people each day for cold eggs.

The staff where friendly helpful and exceptional I will stay again when in the area. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. I will be back.

Nothing i am serious everything worked perfectly. I will be back and also tell my friends of this best kept secret. Great experience at staying at a hotel.

the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the restaurant was under staffed for breakfast so we chose to eat somewhere else

the refrigerator did not work, the hot water temperature was a little cool, and the lobby supplies limited. these were all very minor

We were told this was available when we booked.Swimming pool was not heated. Jacuzzi. permanently closed. Also got charged $30 more when we booked 2nd night on booking.com

The buffet breakfast is not worth its price, and the front desk stuff didn’t give my breakfast coupon when I checked in. So the next morning, it is awkward that I have no idea how to get my breakfast when there was no one at the front desk at that time. And what ridiculous thing is at that time there was another guest also waited for the front desk stuff to give him dental kit which I also didn’t get at all yesterday. My bill included one night room stay and breakfast, I would expect the breakfast just like every other hotels is a buffet but in fact its a table service. I don't mind tipping the staff for their service, but at least have the courtesy to let me know in advance. It's not like I had the foresight to bring cash with me at 7am when I went downstairs to get breakfast. It wasn't cheap, and for that price, I expect better service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

very bad experience. we travelled worldwide and this hotel experience is almost the worst. when I checked in, the room is not cleaned, then front desk person apologized for it then gave complimentary breakfast coupon. the second time , room even cleaned but toilet still has stain and doesn’t have towels, trash can, face tissue ( it has a face tissue holder but is is empty ), no shampoo, body soap, conditioner, not disturb tag, the most terrible thing is the fire alarm system does not work well, it alarmed three time at 3:00am, 4:00am and 4:30am, so we did not sleep almost whole night. when I checked out, also found they charged me the breakfast fee and front desk person said she doesn’t know the coupon then she needs to ask her manager. it doesn’t related to money but it showed the mess management. I WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

the location was good. The breakfast would have been good if we didn't have to 'prove' over and over again that breakfast was included with out booking.

the people checking us in just keep talking about how we booked with booking.com and not direct and that they don't guaranty booking.com reservations and that is why we were going to be charged more. I had actually called to book direct numerous times and was told to book on line. It was very frustrating and they made us feel that booking with booking.com was second rate.
