No water pressure nor hot water, when I phoned the desk all she said was "oh sh*t, it's probably hotel wide and there isn't maintenance here, sorry we cant do anything about it" (there should be someone on call, just saying) On this site, it stated the pool was open, but then later, I received an email that the pool was closed.

The bed sunk in the middle, the walls and fixtures need updating and repair.

The location was perfect for what we needed. It was cheap and convenient for a quick overnight stay.
The room was not cleaned very well. It was old and needed some TLC.

pretty much everything. beds uncomfortable, not clean at all, smells, I had a reservation through booking.com and when I got to Grand Forks, my reservation was cancelled. They did give me a room at this hotel instead.

Dirty!! toothpaste spit on the sink and soap ring from the last bar. missing towel bar. would not use the shower. fridge not clean. just gross
