Great location near I95. A nice, quiet, clean room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Terrible beds which is my #2 after clean. Guest above me stomped from 4 am to 6 am.

Could use bigger Parking lot. Had to park next to garbage containers as instructed by front desk staff. Overall we had a great stay, wish we could stay longer.

The staff was nice.
The Website is not correct on majority of the features of this hotel. The breakfast was average,and my room was dirty, hot, smelly ,and had stained linens on the bed! They said they couldn't move Us into to another room because they had none left. 🤢

The hallway smelled like dog poop. The room was DEFINITELY the dog room. It smelled a bit too.

A child (or children) in the room above us continued to stomp around for hours. After complaining to the front desk I was advised they'd go up immediately to tell them to stop. It had no effect. The stomping finally stopped about 9:00pm!

The staff was excellent, the beds slept good and rooms were clean
Housekeeping came in even though our do not disturb sign was up, hot water was Luke warm, the price was ridiculous

Pretty much everything about this Best Western. Associates were very courteous and friendly and welcoming. What more could you ask for while traveling on the road? Would definitely stay again should the situation warrant!

Very courteous staff. Older building that is being kept up well. Good location. Nice to get a full breakfast! Quiet, comfortable room.
Otherwise no concerns.
Please make the Wi-Fi secure. It also was intermittent. The TV had some issues. The pancake machine was causing trouble to some guests. I’d go with a more reliable waffle iron.
