The location. Very close to our hospital, Cedar Sinai Medical Center.
The Inability to select our seating in the Patio area. The area(s) were unoccupied. However, other guest were allowed to select their tables and received their meals before we were served. We were first to arrive and last to receive our meal.

The place was clean and good location.
I had an appalling experience at the Beverly Terrace by Sonder. Despite claims of round-the-clock staffing, when I and another guest were locked out at 3 am, freezing in the cold for almost an hr, there was no one at the desk. We banged on the window to awaken a friend of the other guest just to get back in. When I decided to check out early due to the unacceptable service, they promised a refund that never materialized. Instead, they kept me waiting for over a month, offering nothing but excuses and empty promises of a "review." Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you enjoy freezing outside while staff hide away and promises of refunds vanish into thin air.

The front desk employee Gwen, or however you spell it, offered by far, the worst, most disrespectful, and discourteous experience I’ve ever received from an individual employee! Her dish behavior has ensured that I will never frequent this property ever again!

No room cleaning and TV didn’t work. Rooms and hallways are out of date and def need some love. Guy working at reception was absolutely rude and not helpful at all!

Great location in Beverly Hills, close to malls, supermarket and not far from Santa Monica beach.
It was located in a nice and safe neighborhood.
The room has a nice interior design, wallpaper, and scandi vibe furniture. A cosy inner garden in the hotel was also nice. Coffee machine with capsules and tea bags were provided.
There were no elevator in the hotel which makes it difficult to bring the luggage upstairs. The bathroom could have been modernized, as well as (kind of) closet which was basically some shelves with a curtain. There was a modem in my room which didn’t turn off. The fridge didn’t work properly. I had my dinner in the restaurant while staying there and they didn’t give me the discount as stated. The food was average.

It was bright and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the courtyard was beautiful!
The only thing I would prefer is more counter space in the bathroom but the shelves helped the issue a bit so no biggie.

Excellent location, walking distance from lots of nice bars a restaurant’s and from Sunset boulevard. The area felt safe too. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Fantastic location, small but clean room with lots of thought gone into room amenities such as power adapters compatible with phone chargers, plenty of towels, iron and hairdryer. Entrance is via door code which in really convenient. Great hotel for a short stay.

Amazing location and he price is fair if you consider that you are in Beverly Hills. Very clean and the staff is helpful.
It can get noisy, the walls are very thin and sometimes you won’t get the best sleep, especially if you are on the ground floor and the entrance to your room is in the middle of the outdoor seating are of the restaurant.
Parking is extra so make sure you budget for an extra $30 a day if you have a car.
Cleaning is also extra so unless you are paying an extra fee, your room won’t be cleaned ( but you can help yourself with clean towels, toilet paper etc )

The terrace has a nice view to enjoy. The location is great just between WeHo and Bevrly Hills
The room is small just the bed fits. They never cleaned the room during our 4-day stay and we had to do the bed get the trash outside to get it emptied.

Good location. Facing the street but no noise from outside. Comfortabe beds, pillows and sheets. Clean restroom and prompt hot water. Nice garden to chill.
Not so comfortable for party of four. Being in the first room (Room10) adjacent to lobby, noisy in the mornings. Also big noise from such a small refrigerator.

the place was absolutely fantastic. the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was perfect and overall it was a wonderful stay. plus, the bed was super comfortable!!!

The hotel was stylish and well-located with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and professional. Also, the roof-top common area was a great space at sunset and the app-enabled key access was a nice touch.
There are some aspects of the room that could use an update, especially in the restroom. The mini fridge would hum loudly at night. Lastly, we found the lack of outlets near the bed (ideally above the side tables) surprising, given their tech forward check-in process.

Such a lovely place. Would 100% stay here again. The weekend Valet was so nice (we only stayed at the weekend). The room had a TV and air con so was very comfortable.
A slightly small room but I would still stay here again. The staff were lovely but there was a new person at the desk everyday and some didn’t know much so it was a bit hit and miss, but they all tried to help.
