Disgusting! Didn't even up staying because it was so gross. Random pills on a tiles floor that was sticky found some old marijuana on the floor, sink didn't stop, door lock busted, room reeked of smoke. Asked for a refund and they said no. I booked a room down the street and went there. Definitely did not feel safe

Staff was nice.
Put in a smoking room though requested non, No bathroom light, tv remote not able to control TV on/off, police activity in parking lot at 315AM due to some criminal act.

The heat did not work. Almost froze overnight. Blew cold air all night. Most of lights the bulbs were not working

It was easy to check in and room was clean.
The bed was not super comfortable and no breakfast was served even though it was advertised as breakfast included.

Bathroom had a 2x4 propping up sink with a broken/ split counter. Stairways had garbage, stains and a shopping cart in them. The area and the room smeeled of tobacco and Marijuana.

The place looks outdated.. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. You can hear loud noises, Lucky I brought my ear plugs! If you don't mind those little details, . Overall the bed was comfortable and for the price for two night stay it went by quickly to put mind to it.

Keys didn’t work, noisy, toilet seat was so loose it almost fell off toilet…

Finding feces o toilet seat and pubic hair on the sheet. sticky floor. we got the room stayed an hour left for concert came back pulled the sheet down that’s when we found it. we told the front desk and showed a picture and he argued and said would have to talk to manager in the morning. We left and drove back home.
