The bathroom was nice.

Huge bags of garbage left over night in the stair well. The ONLY REASON I chose Super 8 is because breakfast and pool were included NEITHER WERE AVAILABLE! The price was too much for such a dump!

There wasn't a pool or breakfast offered ..the sheets were stained. The t.v didn't work and the fridge smelt like death. The microwave didn't work. Poor quality over all

clean and affordable

I left a bottle of medicine that was $400.00. Insurance doesn't pay. I called immediately and he walked to the room, which was not cleaned yet and he opened the refrig. and yes there was the medicine alone with vitamin water. I told him I couldn't make the next day because I was throwing a birthday party, but the following day I would come. I was so worried about my meds that I told everyone that they had to leave early from party and I drove the 5 hours to get my meds. He threw my meds away. I started screaming and he went into the garbage and found the bottle. If I would have waited another day as I told him, the garbage would have been gone. What an idiot

when I arrived the room smelled like BO. There was old food still in the mini fridge. half of the lights wouldn’t even turn on. the bed had no fitted sheet on and towels in the bathroom had already been used. it was disgusting. the people at the counter both morning and night when they are actually at the counter are rude and unprofessional.

have the basic stuff for a night stay. excellent water pressure for the shower. they should do more cleaning. dirty floors. I have to wipe and disinfect the ref.

Room was dirty. Web site claimed breakfast, but when we checked in we were told no breakfast due to Covid. Please! We are beyond that!!

very quiet and friendly staff

It states they serve breakfast however they do not, I was told it has not been updated on the website. The T.V. didn’t want to turn on, but the guy working the front desk helped us and he was so nice. The pillows were very uncomfortable, bring your own!! At $103 a night it was ok, just little things that were annoying

It was a reasonable price for the night. We were going to the caverns and it was a good location.

The only flaws were they didn't have breakfast like it was advertised but I guess because of Corona they had stopped serving breakfast. Which is understandable. The soda machine at hot sodas in it. Other than that it was a good hotel to stay for the night.

The picture of the building doesn’t even look like that anymore. They said they haven’t served breakfast in a long time. Then when I checked in the guy in the front had to call his boss to make sure that they can let me stay there because they don’t allow people from Roswell to stay in any of the Super 8’s. Then I was told if I smelled like marijuana they were gonna kick me out when I have my medical marijuana card for a medical condition. I’ve never smoked in any motel room that I’ve ever stayed in.

Room was moderately clean although toilet paper was very thin with texture of crepe paper. Most annoying was the exterior lighting of parking lot. Why the hell is it necessary to shine extremely bright lights the entire height of the building? Front to back? I felt I was in an old prison movie or concentration camp!

The room was hot, no air conditioner in the hall way..the windows were open, no screen. The website, said that they served breakfast and they charged extra for it. The room was dirty, jello cup on the refrigerator, plastic bottle under the bed, the hallways are filthy. If we would not have already driven for 16 hours I would have left. I do not recommend and I will never stay at another Wyndham again!

Bathroom was dirty, shower had hair, broken parts of shower, carpet was nasty, employees were unhelpful and didn’t send anyone to clean up after we communicated we’d be gone for several hours and they could fix their housekeeping slacknesses, no breakfast as promised.

The booking was misleading, it said hot breakfast and swimming pool. only after checking in and asking about the breakfast and pool, I was then informed that both of these were non-existent and waiting on permits. We should have received at least $30 to $40 dollars off the price. This place definitely needs a face lift for sure. For the price difference we could have booked at a newer facility across the street or down the street for $5 more and had a much better stay for the money.

The owners (Raja and family) were very accommodating and very hospitable. The beddings and towels were fresh and clean. The property was close to other hotels and restaurants around the small town.

It was advertised that breakfast was included so booking it for the price I got was perfect. However, breakfast was not provided.
