Modern Aesthetics & we could walk downtown
When we arrived the Person checking us in was extremely rude and In-personable. She gave my family (my husband and I and two small kids a loud room right next to Main Street.) The tub wouldn't drain and the toilet handle was broken. My family couldn't take showers and get ready for the day.

Comfortable bed and nice space to crash out en route to Grand Tetons.. The Breakfast cafe was great!
Tough to find parking we ended up at the restaurant parking next door.

The room was clean. A nice-sized mini-fridge without a freezer. The beds were okay, nothing too soft or firm. We slept with the air conditioning fan on constant to alleviate any outside noise. Overall this was perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly.
It would be nice to have a separate switch for the fan in the restroom. The fan was extremely loud.

Terrible! Zero rating. I had a death in my family the day of arrival and they would not refund my money or credit for future stays. No empathy or sympathy from the management of the hotel. Worst hospitality of a hospitality company

We had 6 of us stay in a room as we got ready for a wedding the next day. There was enough space for all of us (we just had to take turns with bathrooms!) for the night we were there. It was walkable to everything which was a huge bonus for all of us. It was really budget friendly.
The shower handle was a bit loose so it was hard to shut off but other than that, nothing!

Clean
No coffee pot , long walk to get coffee , mattress was way too soft , walls too thin (sounded like a marching band above us), delivery trucks early in morning that woke us up and then blocked our vehicle in so we couldn't leave.

Only window faces back of a building 15ft away along a. walkway- unable to open privacy shade to see anything or let day light in.

BUT - I'll work hard to never - never use or rely on BOOKING.com you are an over-ridding forceful organization. wrong on booking over charging - pushing sales beyond reason. I will tell as many people as possible some of the tricks you play. Not for me get lost or change your methodology

great location walking distance to town and having that kitchenette was awesome. They kept the property very clean.
I wish the outdoor pool had been available to sit at but they were doing some work on it (and a lot of other parts of the motel), so understandable.

Location and rooms were super clean
Could hear people above us really well and the heating/ac unit was really loud and woke us up. Bathrooms had mediocre finishes and felt pretty outdated. Parking was first come first serve and couldn’t always park near our rooms

comfy beds decent location in the village
they opened up a coffee shop so they removed all the free coffee from the rooms which they admitted after I called the front desk. and they did put the coffee maker back in after I questioned it. ice machine was broken and hot tub for first night.

Jacuzzi not operational which was disappointing, minimal sound barrier between first and second floor rooms. We could hear the guests upstairs walking and talking from our first floor room which made sleeping in difficult
