Yes, breakfast was good. Location was great!

Pool maintenance could have been better. The water appeared to be a cloudy. At breakfast the orange juice was a little sour, and the eggs were strange to me. I didn't care for the eggs. In my opinion the eggs would have been better if they were just scrambled.

The room was filthy and not kept up by housekeepers. The room smelled musty.

How close it was to Kings Island and that they had a.pool

The reviews are totally wrong. The room was a disaster! The furniture was destroyed and scratched and a complete mess. The bathroom was not clean! I was so disappointed!

The facility was dirty and smelled, the rooms themselves were dirty and needed swept, the bed linens were dirty with what looked like urine and blood on the sheets, the toilet was dirty, and there was something all over the night stand. We took the pictures down to the front desk that we took when he said he wasn't able to come up and look. He said there was nothing he could do except give us new sheets for the beds so we could remake them so we asked if we could just change rooms and were told that wasn't allowed since we already checked in. Breakfast was just biscuits(which were hard) and gravy which was way too watered down and cereal with warm milk that was left on the counter. There is also a $50 charge for taking food to your room as the notes say in the facility. We had reserved for 3 nights but only ended up staying 1 night until we could find new rooms for the other 2 nights. (We have more pictures but it would only let me post 4)

The location was the best thing. The breakfast was good. Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant.

The pool was cold and older. The stairs smelled like mold. The linens were stained.. not just in our room but also my family that was staying there in a different room.

managers will lie and refuse refunds. they never came in our room to clean once the entire stay. pool is gross and small. AC went out and there’s no maintenance after managers leave.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, we were minutes away from Kings Island and there were plenty of store and restaurant options. The staff seemed nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

It would have been nice if breakfast was extended to 10. There were so many people crowded around the breakfast bar all at once that I would have preferred to wait until it wasn’t so busy to grab a bite to eat. It was also extremely annoying that I had to keep having my room keys reactivated. I got locked out of my room three different times because the keys stopped working. Thankfully my room was pretty close to the lobby so I didn’t have to go far to get them fixed.
