Lo único bueno fue el amplio parqueo y la limpieza de los cuartos que estaba bien.

No había desayuno el hotel, está en remodelación y no había ni café para el desayuno, nos dieron dos habitaciones que no tenían, ni agua en los baños y nos dieron una que estaba ocupado por los trabajadores, ya que había herramientas de trabajo así que nos tuvieron que cambiar a otra. Pero lo más desesperado, fue el papeleo ya que se tardaron más de media hora para poder darnos las tarjetas de acceso para los cuartos, Tienen muy mala coordinación en el sistema, aúnque estén en remodelación tienen que mejorar eso.

EVERYTHING WAS BAD. Mold in the tubs and they were dirty the entire room was dirty and trashy. The rooms looked like jail cells

Shower half worked and the bathroom light didn't cut on. The fridge wasn't even plugged in or cool to put outer stuff in.

Staff was helpful, trying to make the best of a horrible property.

Property was in HORRIBLE condition. Dirty, broken down, whole second floor smelled of POT. I checked three rooms, two were completely unacceptable, broken furniture, missing furniture, broken air conditioning, art work off walls, stained and dirty carpets in hallway and room, water stains on ceiling tiles!!! Burn holes in bedding. Finally found one room on the main floor that was acceptable, but JUST acceptable. I checked at staying in other hotels, but were full due to the High Point Furniture Market. Leaving a $100 cash hold money instead of a card. My room bathroom fan sounded like a diesel 18 wheeler, and the grate was held by one screw. They originally gave me the wrong room, and I walked in on a lady,I had to go back to the desk. Once i got in a room, I had no nightstand at all, and the room was hot 80 degrees, and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The toilet seat was loose also. I had to ask how to work the shower because it was not obvious. The tub drain stopper was lying on the floor by the tub. The manager on duty offered me another room that looked 100 times better, BUT the bed had burn holes in the sheets and stains. He removed the sheets and said if I wanted this room he would have to get me some covers. I said no it is already 10 pm by this time, and with all this, I missed my function,. I was supposed to be attending. I said no I want to rest. I didn't want to wait for someone to come make the bed and move all my stuff again. By this time, I was frustrated and aggregated.
