The property is walking distance to the harbor, to the wharf, to a nice beach& to downtown! The room was big and very comfortable on the 2nd fl w/ the harbor view! The continental breakfast and the wine & cheese in the afternoon were a nice touch! The staff were very pleasant and helpful! The view from the harbor rooms are lovely especially to watch the sunrise! If you want the harbor room on the 3rd fl w/ a king bed & a guaranteed bigger bathroom, you need to call them directly, otherwise it’s only a request but not guaranteed! There’s a lovely Italian restaurant next door & others nearby!

The bathroom was very small w/ a very narrow shower stall. Depending the room you book, the size of the bathroom will vary! The harbor view rooms face the street so it’s a bit noisy. The beach closest to the hotel isn’t nice, but the nicer ones are still walking distance.

Location was amazing! The bed was super comfy and they have lots of parking. Also the staff was really nice and helpful all throughout our stay.

I wish the shower was a bit bigger but overall we loved everything about this place!

The street noise was a deterrent but not the properties fault. The location across the street from a beach with a large oil pipe and tractors making it an unusable beach. I would opt for another property away from the beach and street next time.

The location by the beach was stunning - perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise. The harborside room was huge. The grounds were very clean - everything was immaculate

Fantastic staff, great location 2 blocks from State Street, kayaking across the street, continental breakfast included, the included wine and cheese in the evenings while enjoying the hot tub was awesome. Rooms seemed to be soundproof as we had neighbors and did not hear a sound, beds and pillows comfy, free parking, need I say more? Not fancy just simple and fabulous. Loved our stay. THANK YOU!!! :)

Cute garden setting. Modern furnished rooms unlike most hotels in the area. The king room/marina view was very large and the view was pretty despite facing a small lower garden area and the main street.

King room the week before labor day was extremely overpriced- complete price gauging! "Continental breakfast" was a flat english muffin or dry cereal- need to step up their offering since you're paying $500 a night!!!!!!!!!!!! King Bed was moderately comfortable.

The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. I stayed there so I could see my daughter who was studying at UCSB. it was only a 20 minute drive to the university. Santa Barbara was amazing and the hotel was right on the coast overlooking the sea.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great central location set in lush tropical style gardens. A few minutes walk to the marina, pier and town. Superb pool area, clean rooms, extremely helpful staff.

wonderful location. close to West Beach, the harbor, Stearn’s Wharf and State street along with restaurants and other attractions. all within walking distance. pool, hot tub, wine and cheese happy hour, great bed and more. Affordable for its location comparatively.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and nice view.

The road noise is pretty loud. No way really to avoid it but the a/c fan helped. The hotel is not super fancy but very very expensive. The pool and hot tub were nice.
