We just had a 1 night stop-over so needed to be close to the airport so it served it's purpose.

Breakfast was pretty average, the waffle batter didn't taste good at all but they had cereal, toast & muffins.

The location was great. Most of the staff was helpful.

A staff member guests seem more of bother. 0 customer service skills. She spent most of her time on her phone.

I asked for a wake up call,didn’t happen.the room key didn’t work,the shuttle service almost had a accident going to motel,he was texting while driving.the room was clean,but everything was old ,shower had cracked floor. The room was loud,people on the floor were drinking and partying.I will never stay with you again.

The breakfast was nice, the room looked great, all seemed OK. The resolution to one of my concers, (below) was off the charts special.

The TV did not work, although it was late and I neded sleep, that would have been nice. Also, the Shuttle, whch was the main reason I booked that Sleep Inn, left without me twice. I got a little upset and the gentleman working, both late at night and early called what I thought was a cab. I started imagining a 50 dollar cab ride, even as I was sharing it with another guy that also had been left behind by one of the Shuttle drivers. As we made the very short trip to IAH, the airport, the dude dropped us off and we both realized the gentleman at the hotel desk had simply booked an Uber. Wow, in retrospect., I was embarrassed for reacting the way that I had back at the hotel lobby. CLASSY.

It was too noisy so I couldn't sleep. You hear the street all night. It is also beneath a dog care, but they are at least quiet late at night. Sheets and towels were very old with holes inside. No drinkingwater in the room. Breakfast wasn't good. Coffee was empty. Not a lot choice. Waffles to prepare by yourself, but Taste was weird.

The location was great, very close to the airport just in case you have to travel and need to saty close. The room was very clean! Unfourtanetely the breakfast at 8:20 am in the morning was almost finished and nothing else were added, even no personal helping with it were there.

If you have somebody helping in the area of breakfast could be better. Or Probably you can help more if you sell breakfast with more options and well served.

Breakfast was very limited. only had waffles and juices. Definitely the most limited breakfast in the area. Stayed at cheaper hotel nearby and they had lot more options to offer. Also they are so busy the rooms are not being cleaned and my first room was filthy so was given another one.

No housekeeping service at all the three nights we stayed. not sure why. we had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper.
