Breakfast, linen smells a bit (unwashed), two towels for 3 guests, remote not working, no slippers.

The rooms were tidy, well presented and they supply ice and water machines for guests to use.

Some mould on the bathroom roof, there was a light there also which didn’t work. Had issues checking in, the staff member we dealt with couldn’t find the booking, we showed her the email confirmation and the email received the day before arrival where Marriott said we could check in, however, as she couldn’t find the name easily she put it in the too hard basket and tried to charge us for a whole new booking. She did not want to listen to me at all.

I did not get the room I booked and paid for. My stay was for 3 days and the first day it was my fault being late so I got a different room because my room was given up, they said the next day all my things would be moved to the room I originally paid for but I let them know I would be out till late and they said it was no problem! So we get back and nothing was done . I complained because we had one person from our party sleeping on the floor! It’s just awful since I planed this trip with plenty of time I paid what I had to just so it could be perfect. The hotel receptionist said there was nothing they can do for me not even give me my money back for the things they didn’t provide me ! It was frustrating but we had a long trip the day before and a long day so the last thing I wanted to do was argue or even worst get kicked out so we went to bed. The next day I again explained my situation and I wasn’t even offered a refund on the items I didn’t get so it was such a sad experience.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Good location- close enough to the Strip to walk there but far enough to be quiet. Love having the continental breakfast. Pool and fitness facilities were nice. Love the view from the rooftop pool! Staff were great!! So helpful and friendly!

It was clean, comfortable, rooms just as advertised, good value for money.

Breakfast was the only thing that could have been improved. Same hot option every day (scrambled eggs) and dining room extremely crowded, difficult to get a table.

Just overall bang for your buck and the breakfast is also a nice touched saved me maybe $200 eating breakfast there and staff ar so nice, wich parking was cheaper but its private so its worth it in my opinion!

- the price - the breakfast (basic american breakfast: bagels, eggs, bacon, porridge, yogurt, no pancakes tho which was very disappointing) - no toiletries in the room which i was expecting for the price - no tea or water in the room

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a hotel that did not fulfil my room reservation. I had booked a room well in advance and a place to sleep coming from a 10hours flight from London; only to arrive and be told that the hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room available for us 5. The staff were apologetic, but offered no solution other than to find another hotel in the area. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, as I had specifically chosen this hotel for its location and amenities. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and organization from this hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a reliable and accommodating experience. It is unacceptable for a hotel to not fulfil a reservation and leave a guest without a place to stay.

The breakfast options were not at all healthy. It is really upsetting when your day do not start with a healthy and wholesome breakfast. Didn’t like the breakfast at all. Very disappointed…. There could have been live counters for omelette and only banana was served in fruits. Would have appreciated if there was some more options for fruits. Greek yogurt was served but was finished and was not refilled. It was a chaos in the breakfast area.

We didn’t have enough towels even though we were reserving a room for five. But a staff brought the towels to us very soon we mentioned.

Top swimming pool

It was not worth money. Better in same price you can stay in strip. Our bathroom drain was started leaking. Staff cant understand english. One should not pay more than 100 per night. Will not stay again.

the room was clean and comfortable. hot breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out. parking was easy access. location of the hotel was easy to find. No casino on this hotel which is great, the kids like it because there is no smoke smell in the lobby or in the room. the room was made everyday and trash out. Thank you

Buena ubicación. Habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Desayuno buffet. Gym muy bien. Piscina exterior con buenas vistas.

Desayuno saturado de gente y mucho tiempo de espera en ascensores a la hora del desayuno. Un día no nos hicieron la habitación, pero tras reclamar seriamente vinieron a la 22h a hacérnosla.

We liked the view from the top floor with the pool, The sunset was beautiful from up there, and it had a nice view of the Sphere! Breakfast was good, we all enjoyed the oatmeal and waffles best!

The beds weren't that comfortable and the pillows were horrible! The fridge in room was tiny!

Verzorgde en ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht op de stad. Dakterras met (klein) zwembad is ook wel tof, vooral voor het schitterend uitzicht.

Het ontbijt was matig met gebrek aan lekker brood

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man hat auch einen sehr guten Blick auf Las Vegas. Wir waren auch von den Zimmern begeistert und das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse voll in Ordnung. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
