We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the old town, an easy walk from the apartment, and several walks up the Rocca to the castle.

Luca and Stefano's apartment is lovely, and they were great hosts too. Luca got us cakes as a welcome gift, and gave us loads of tips for our stay. The views are as good as the photos, if not better, and the walk to the old town and the beach is really manageable (even during the heatwave we had during our stay)! We will definitely come back!

First and foremost, Luca and Stefano are two extremely pleasant, gracious and helpful hosts. They alone made our stay enjoyable. Their place provides stunning views of Cefalu and spectacular sunsets. The unit is well equipped and offers everything you need. It is a bit of an uphill hike from the beach/old town, but we enjoyed the exercise. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We chose to visit Cefalú due to its nice beach, beautiful surroundings and interesting old city. Luca and his brothers’ apartment stood out from the other listings with great reviews and photos. When we arrived we had a small issue with a curtain and they had it fixed asap. They were also super helpful with tips for the city, and Luca joined us to the store. All the recommendations we got were phenomenal as well. The only negative to the apartment is that it is 10 minutes uphill walk from the beachfront, but there are multiple ways to go, and stairs go all the way up. We did not see the climb as an issue at all. Overall a great place to stay if you are visiting Cefalú

Great apartment overlooking Cefalu town and beach! An easy 10-15 min walk to old town and even shorter walk to really nice grocery store and beach. The walk back to the apartment is uphill all the way, but we loved the exercise. Owners are quite nice and do speak English which helps with check-in and out.

We absolutely lucked out by choosing this place. Stefano and Luca are the sweetest hosts and the view from the place is truly breathtaking. We were two mid-20s women traveling alone, the hosts were extremely accommodating (helping with move in and move out, and giving us great recs) and super responsive on whatsapp. The place was clean and had everything we needed. This is an absolute gem especially given the price. Book this place!!!

Host was amazingly communicative and ready to do anything to help. I wish I had communicated more before arrival to check on some of the simple unknowns. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. The views are amazing, with wonderful uninterrupted panoramic sunsets from the veranda. This does come with a small cost - a short walk with several flights of stairs to get to and from town. We managed it each day with our confident 3 year old and a buggy - but something to be aware of if you're less capable. Would recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at Luca and Stefanos apartment. The views from the property were incredible from every angle. We really enjoyed eating outside at the table and chairs that were provided, and having barbecues with the barbecue provided. It was helpful to have a washing machine and the air con was essential. Everything was as the pictures promised. Luca was very helpful in giving us advice on what to do and where to go in and around Cefalu. We hope to be visiting again soon.

Excellent location especially if traveling by car with reserved parking space ,and by walk minutes away from center, excellent views , clean and property owner was helpful . Just a small note that should be improved is that the owner should provide white linen not dark coloured linen

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood near an excellent bakery, butchers and fruit shop. The walk up the hill from the beach was not as far as it first might seem and the view from the incredible terrace was more than worth it. Luca was a kind and considerate host and if we go back to Cefalu we will be staying here again.

Absolutely brilliant

Well equipped flat in good location. Beautiful Italian light with terrific view of La Rocca and the harbor/ old town / beach. It's a hilly place so if you walk everywhere, only wear good shoes. Luca and Stefano were great hosts and quite helpful. My husband enjoyed a hike around La Rocca with Stefano as his guide. Having a car was definitely a plus and parking was no problem at the flat but it is tricky in town. The wind and breezes above town are sometimes scary and usually delightful.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Cefalu und haben jeden Tag mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Luxus Ausblick begonnen. Nach schönen Tagen im Stadtzentrum von Cefalu oder auch mal in Palermo (40 Min mit dem Zug) haben wir den Tag dann wiederum ausklingen lassen, natürlich ebenfalls auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht und ist bis ins kleinste Detail perfekt ausgestattet. Wir wurden von Luca in empfang genommen, in die Wohnung eingewiesen, haben wertvolle Insider Tipps bekommen und dann unsere Willkommensgeschenke genossen. Perfekter kann ein Urlaub kaum sein!

We enjoyed our trip to Cefalu very much. Luca was a great host, very helpful and caring! The Terrasse with the ocean view is awesome! We can defined recommend this Appartement!

Mein Mann und ich waren Anfang Oktober 2020 in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum mit wundervollem Blick. In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Der Gastgeber Luca hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Wir sind seinen Empfehlungen gefolgt und haben hervorragend gegessen. Er wohnt nur wenige Minuten entfernt und hilft jederzeit. Die Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt betragen ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß hin; auf dem Rückweg bei mir 20 Minuten, weil es bergauf ging. Es ist aber sehr gut zu schaffen und auch nach einem reichlichen köstlichen Abendessen angenehm. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.

Everything about this stunning property is excellent. Even down to the facilities for cooking, everything you need you could even cook a roast if you so wished. Nothing was any trouble for Luca who explained everything to us on arrival. He contacted me prior to arriving in Cefalu and picked us up and dropped us back at the train station. Even when we had a power cut when I contacted him he was there within a few minutes. We will definitely be returning hopefully next year.

We had a great 10nights in this appartment! The view is splendid, watching the sunset every night or having a nap on the shade in the afternoon! We didn’t have a car but the walk to the beach is only 8mn walking. Yes the way back is quite steep with some stairs but it’s not that bad, plus it’s a good exercise! Very near by there is a great butcher with quality meat and cheese and olives! Supermarket are near by too but we ended up buying what we needed one day at the time on the way from the beach, Deco is a nice supermarket. Cefalù is 10mn a way and is very charming. Also Luka is probably the best host we had! He is kind and will make your stay in of the best you never had! Follow his advice, he knows what he is talking about regarding food and places to eat! Absolutely wonderful!

We were so pleased to have opted for Luca’s apartment. It’s beautifully located and has everything a family needs away from home. Luca was a superb host; really welcoming, helpful and reliable. Luca’s love of Cefalù (and Sicily) was obvious when we met. He even went through the trouble of presenting us with some of local sweet treats (very delicious) and water in the fridge at our arrival. I would not hesitate in recommending the place but more importantly Luca who was a genuine person and a pleasure to meet. Grazie mille!

We enjoyed our stay here in this apartment. It was clean but sparsely furnished. But it had all the necessary appliances, etc. The brothers who owned it, Stephano and Lucca, were so nice and accommodating. They even picked us up at the train station and took us there when we left. This is an apartment for someone fit, though, as you have to walk up a lot of stairs and hills to get to it, as it is high up in a neighborhood, somewhat close to town. We didn't have a car so we carried up food and water everyday. We definitely got our exercise. There was construction going on next door which might bother some people but we didn't mind. The view from the rooftop deck was spectacular, watching the everchanging skies and clouds.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Luca’s apartment to start our month long holiday in Sicilia. Our host was very kind and generous. Greeted us with some goodies to start our stay. The views from the corner room of windows is spectacular. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. Always had a hot shower. Had to use the heat for unexpected cold spell during our stay and it worked great. It was a short ride to many beautiful beaches. The umbrella, a picnic lunch and our beach chairs made for a great day. Lots of shopping and people watching along the beaches and historic part of Cefalù.

We have rented properties in Europe, Japan and the USA, and so far this is the best. There was nothing lacking, it was clean, and well maintained, but the best was Luca. Generous in both his welcome, and with his time, he is certainly our favourite host. The view...what can I say? Just look at the photos and you will see what I mean.

Cefalu is gorgeous as is the apartment. The terrace is a wonderful space with panoramic views of the town and dominated by La Rocca. Lucca is so welcoming and makes it clear that he is on hand to help out with anything that you need. He arranged a private transfer for us from the airport which was invaluable with late flight times. I would recommend the apartment to anyone as long as you are fit enough for the uphill walk from the town and beach

We stayed at this beautiful apartment in the end of October. The place looks just as nice as on photos and what a terrace...just stunning views over this lovely town...Everything you need is quite close and you really don’ t need a car to move around Cefalu - the beach, old town, shops etc everything is close enough! The beach in Cefalu is perfect - nice, sandy and clean! Luca is very helpful and friendly host, you can easily have any kind of information! We can easily recommend this lovely place for a vacation in Sicily!

We stayed 4 nights in this apartment. The hosts, Luca and Stefano were very hospitable, collecting us from the station and taking us back there when we were leaving. The apartment is very bright and airy with a large terrace. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short break and is exactly as shown in the photographs on the HomeAway site. The flat is in a modern apartment block about 10 minutes from the sandy beach. It is on a hill, so you will do quite a bit of going up and down steps on your way to the beach and the old town, but it was fine for us (we're in our 50s and 60s). There is a very nice baker nearby and a large supermarket near the beach. The old town in Cefalu is absolutely charming with lots of nice cafes and shops. If you want to go further afield, it is only an hour by train to Palermo and it is also possible to get to Agrigento by train.

The apartment is situated on a nice residential neighborhood on a hill. Easily reached by car or by foot and there is a nice designated parking spot available. The hill is pretty steep so I would not recommend this place for those with disabilities. However I would recommend this to everybody else! Descent to Cefalú center takes just around five minutes on foot and ascent with kids and groceries around 10-15 minutes. Exercise much needed, after stuffing yourself with fresh fish, crustaceans, squid and cartoccio palermitanas con ricotta. Luca is an excellent and courteous host and you should listen to his shopping, restaurant and activity recommendations as we did, because he really knows his home town’s surroundings and has impeccable taste. The penthouse apartment is light, roomy and swanky. Large, beautiful windows offer unbelievable sights to sea and Cefalú. Outdoor area is about 130 M2 and it has good, high railings that prevent your small kids from creating unwanted scaling attempts. There is a nice charcoal grill and sun loungers and a pergola, so it was very agreeable to relax at sunset on the patio and grill some pesce spade or asino!!! from the butcher’s close by and drink a cool glass of rosé, while kids played ball. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment and Cefalú in general and we are very grateful to Luca for hosting us. Esa, Elina, Niklas and Silja

Our stay at Luca's apartment was incredible. The location is an easy walk into the city and the apartment itself was better than we expected. It was modern and the outdoor space and view of Cefalu put it over the top. During our stay Luca was even working to improve the outdoor space more, so at this point it is possibly even more beautiful. Luca was a gracious and accommodating host. He had great recommendations for in the city and was available throughout our stay. I would recommend this city and this apartment to anyone traveling through Sicily. You will not find a better experience.

What a wonderful bright apartment with a massive terrace! We had an amazing week at Luca's apartment and I couldn't recommend it more. The views are stunning at all times of the day and we found Cefalu delightful. Luca and his brother were really helpful and were very welcoming. The apartment is really clean and tidy. There is aircon in each room and a quality shower. The flat is less than 5 mins walk to a small supermarket and to a local butcher and bakery. You can walk to the beach and in to the centre of town in about 10-15 mins. We really hope to go back and stay there again! Thanks...

We spent a lovely week in Attico penthouse apartment. It is up the hill overlooking the town, with spectacular views from the enormous terrace. It’s a real luxury to have such space, the views are amazing and we often found ourselves just sitting in the evening watching the sky. The teenagers used it for sunbathing, exercising, dancing, turning cartwheels etc. Great for a barbecue and eating outside too. The apartment is bright and sunny - and air conditioned. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathroom and hot water system all worked perfectly. Nice coffee maker Stefano, thanks. The walk into Cefalu is about ten minutes (we didn’t manage to time it because we kept stopping off at the bakery or ice cream shop en route to the beach or town). We didn’t hire a car or scooters, and would sometimes walk in and out of town two or three times a day, so I was glad to have packed flat shoes. Cefalu is a beautiful old town, with a Norman church, a lovely square and little side streets bursting with cafes and ambiance. There’s a busy beachfront to one side, and on the other a quieter coastline where you can swim off the rocks. The apartment owner Stefano was brilliant. He arranged transfer by taxi from the airport (our plane arrived too late to come by train), and sorted out a luggage store for our last day too. He was ready to help with any queries, and gave us some tips for where to go - great ice cream shop recommendation.

This was even better than expected. The balcony and the views were breathtaking. Appartment had everything you needed and also aircondition on both bedrooms and livingroom. Was a quick 8-10 minutes walk from the center and the beach which is worth it if you want a quiet relaxing atmosphere away from the noise and traffic in the center. Luca, the host was super helpful and available all the time. He rents out many apparments and also helped others in our travel group, where he also was super helpful.
