the hotel was in short distance to Salem, about 20-25 mins away. the woman at the front desk was very very nice, loved the small kitchen and spacious room.

no free breakfast offered, no housecleaning, and there was a weird smell in the room and the bathroom in our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Clean and spacious rooms, loved the kitchen area (there is silverware and cookware) Very comfortable beds and overall we would book here again! The location was perfect! Close to salem, Peabody, downtown boston.. there is restaurants and stores nearby as well.

No room service, pool isn't there anymore and only one washer (two dryers) per hotel building so waiting to wash laundry was a hassle but it's free.

I loved this place. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. This is my first time at Candlewood Suites and I will look for them in the future.

They must have a contract to house indigent people, who were not rude but just lingering around the property. Depressing, and does not give a regular lodger full peace re: security.

No soap at the bathroom sink. Did ask cleaning staff for some and they responded that they have been out for awhile. Well, go to the Dollar Store and buy Softsoap! HVAC was so loud it woke me at 5:00 a.m.Never again.

It was close to everything very quite place
