Fantastic views

Pool wasn’t open

The views were amazing. I’d never been to Baltimore so it was conveniently located for walking and exploring. Little Italy is close by and so is Fells Point both have great restaurants. Also the mattress on the bed was so great.

We had to call to get our room cleaned.

We were upgraded to the harbor-side view during our stay! The staff was very accommodating, and helpful when asked questions. During my stay, I had to print a document for work, and it was such a simple process once I got connected to the computer that was working.

My hotel door was very loud upon opening and closing. There was a door for an adjoining room that was locked, but it seemed to be warped somehow, as it kept appearing to be cracked. No major issues, and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was close to the Aquarium and the view was spectacular!

No free parking!! No coffee maker or microwave. We did appreciate the hot coffee to purchase on sight.

I loved the location and the views from the hotel. The waterfront and piers are beautiful. I would definitely use pictures from the windows and surrounding area when selling your property.

There was something strange with the bathroom sink water faucet. The temperature control was definitely off. I think the hot water side was way too high and made using that sink and unpleasant experience.

The valet service the last day was horrible. They had ONE poor guy trying to service everyone which was an ultimate fail. We had to take a taxi to our venue or we would have missed the event we traveled to Baltimore for. Poor staffing IS the hotel's fault. We paid for valet service that was useless AND then had to pay another $25.00 for a taxi.

The elevators weren't secured. Anyone could enter and get to floors.

I loved how beautifully decorated the hotel was. The staff was very friendly. The security measures they take to ensure that guests are safe if phenomenal. There was security everywhere. There were many events going on the weekend I stayed and Check-in was still very fast. My room was very clean.

I wasn’t told what options there were with room service. Also there was no soap or shampoo and conditioner in my bathroom. My complementary lotion was also used.

The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the food and the ambiance.

Nice location. There were so many “walkable” places. Restaurants, shopping. The water was beautiful.

The view was amazing.

We paid that much money for a room and didn’t realize there was no wifi, no microwave, no directory so we didn’t know where anything was in the hotel, the front desk staff didn’t give any information on the hotel stay in general.

An expensive bottle of liquor was left at valet for me at around 2-3am for me to pickup in the morning by my girlfriend and when I went to valet and the front desk, they stated that the expensive bottle of liquor was nowhere to be found. Not a positive experience. Other than that, the facilities, local bar and restaurants and city ambiance were top notch.

The location was very convenient for our stay in Baltimore.

The cost for parking!! The restaurant didn’t have a lot of variety during our stay. Bandaids (very few) were $10. ( however the front desk told us not to buy them and gave us the one bandaid we needed.) Food and drinks were pretty pricey for the offering.

Everything was cool

They double charged me and I never received my refund called and complained several times

The decor of the room along with the scenery of the waterfront was breathless. It was a penthouse suite effect. I will be going back again and again
