The location was perfect for a few nights during a procedure at the Mayo Clinic. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the lobby and breakfast area was nice. The gym was small, but well-stocked.

The breakfast was nearly the same each day--more variety would have been better. The kitchen was not well stocked (only one small saucepan, no wine opener, etc. It would have been impossible to actually use it to prepare full meals). Overall, the room furnishings were a bit shabby.

Breakfast was good and room was a good size.

Book reservation on Booking.com was given a price that included senior discount and taxes but when I checked out it was over by $200. Which to say the least was a shock, especially after having gone through surgery. It was the last thing I needed. Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. They weren't friendly and were curt when I was asking questions. They never smiled.

The property was super close to the Mayo Clinic. This made it stress-free the night before my husband’s surgery and the staff was very kind.

A very comfortable little studio apartment. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Everything you need for an extended stay while getting treatment at the Mayo Clinic which was two minutes away. Shopping mall within five minutes with maybe 20 different options for restaurants.
