Lengthy check in. Took us an hour and a half to check in our room. Our room was not ready when we got there.

Staff is friendly. Smells clean and beds are so comfortable. 5 minutes to the airport. Food very delicious. Carpet in the room looked very clean and new.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Maybe we were located so far back in the hotel it took us some time to get to the lobby. 2 of us have problems walking long distances. Trash cans in the bathroom area would be nice. Not just at the sink area. You need them in both places.

Walls are paper thin you can hear person snoring next door. People are loud, post to be quite time but theirs not. Last time i stayed they didnt add my points like i asked. I called i could get no where

The bed was fine.

The staff, no free breakfast, was not allowed to check out early without paying for entire stay, staff did not know what a house phone is; when I asked to call my room, staff said what message can I leave?. So she would not hand me the phone to speak to the person in the room. The lights went out due to the storm, and no compensation was offered. Why does a hotel not have a back up generator? There were not even emergency lights, I will be contacting the city about this fact. And the maid service every other day is ridiculous! They can at least bring linens and empty the trash! I will never stay with Marriott again! And I will be telling anyone that has ears about my experience there! Oh and not to mention in my request I asked for a crib, that staff told me they have none.

Good location

No complimentary breakfast. Their food and beverages were outrageous. $9 for a bagel. Additionally, they don't tell you they only clean your room every other day so we ran out of toilet paper and towels. Hotel was nice and convenient but can stay somewhere else just as nice with better amenities.
