The room was quiet, very comfortable, and had direct access to the garden space.

Breakfast was not included with the price of my room as I expected.

Plenty of on-site parking, but they charge you extra to park. In town Boston I can understand this because there is little parking, but here ridiculous. Also shower pressure terrible, water saver shower heads don’t save water because you take a shower for at least twice as long. If you want to save water install a hand held with a manual shut off feature.

A place to sleep Comfortable bed.

Advertised a restaurant and bar. There was not one. Had to get in car and drive somewhere. Room under stairwell. Heard many conversations.

had hockey team in my wing. they were constantly banging the doors, loud music ,very loud when other guests were trying to sleep.

The stairwells were super dated. Not a big deal, but didn’t match with the newly updated rooms and hall.

Check in was quick and pleasant.

The bed was hard. I asked for non feather pillows as I am allergic. I dont believe they were changed as I was congested all weekend. The breakfast sandwich, ( at a cost of $15 with a medium coffee) was a microwaved mess. Service came by at 8:15 am knocking on my door asking me if I needed a towel? Odd to say the least.

Very good value, felt as though the space was relatively luxurious for the couple bucks I spent. Left my card in the room and the Kathy at the front desk remembered me an hour later. Great vibe. Also, I got a good workout at the (albeit very small) gym.

Bathroom is so small that there is a chunk taken out of the door from colliding with the toilet. The sole elevator is at the farthest location from the main entry possible.
