It was being remodeled. I’ve stayed in many locations as such, but never one handled so poorly. Long walks from parking. Longer walks to room because of exterior doors “sensors not working”…and mud and trash all over the side entry (only one working) that you’re redirected to. And after my long hike to the room, the keys would not work. Staff is pleasant and try hard, but their leadership has let them down. Booking should not be offering this property until the work is complete. There are several options at the same exit. The room itself was clean and fine.

Bed was comfortable.

False advertising on amenities - we should have known the conditions of the hotel before booking

We stayed here last year for Christmas holidays and everything was great especially we liked gym and pool. Since we had good experience previous year we booked again this year. It turned out that the both gym and pool were closed due to renovations. There is no information about that on the website and booking.com. It is deceiving! We were planning to stay here for 5 nights but ended up staying 1 night and moved to Sheraton. it was a big disappointment and hassle.

I like they refunded my money for the second night sonce the place was filthy and the facilities ripped up.

I did not like they did not inform you ahead of time all the facilities were not available nor that the halls were filthy and the room had crumbs on the floor. T was definately not Marriott standards!

All was fine

The room was very clean and the staff at the desk were very kind.

Bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows were to soft. It felt like I was going to fall out of bed. Mattress needs replaced.

Check in was super easy. The staff at the bistro in the evening was a lovely woman who managed the bistro alone. She was friendly and very efficient.

The bistro was only open after 7 pm. Arriving in the late afternoon it would have been nice to have the bistro available.

location

the property is going under renovations and we didn’t know until we had already booked the room. the room given to us was right by the construction zone on the building and equipment so we heard them working at the crack of dawn. the bathroom was not clean nor the sheets.

I reserved a balcony room which I didn’t get but paid for , and the pool was closed.
