Receptionists were a bit rude and not very accommodating. They didn't even ask me if I had the Bonvoy membership.

it’s was completely comfortable and and very helpful when I got there my booking did not appear on the system and they offered me a walk in check in though their own website! and I’m so thankful coz I tried calling booking.com to verify my booking but no answer at all! very stressful and miserable 😩

I did not appreciate having to pay for wifi and parking. It's bad enough that I had to travel for work. It made it worse to have to pay for wifi so I could work.

Staff were accommodating to needs. The initial room we were in was too noisy. We were moved to another room that was much quieter.
The pool was filthy with random strands of hair and dead bugs.
