Wait stall were friendly and very helpful. Dinner was excellent and waiter was very attentive. Stopped by bar after attending a concert, bartender was very friendly and pleasant even though it was close to last call.

We had a great view on the bay.

But the walls were so thin that you could hear people talking in the next room. Luckily they were not very noisy, so we could still get a good night sleep.

Layout/location of toilet could have been better

The room with a view. It was amazing waking up on my 90th birthday with much a marvelous view.

Surprised there was no microwave in room especially since my one room service order arrived (breakfast) barely warm. Room service showed start time 8 am and when I finally got through to them on the phone I was told I had to wait til 9 since the food runner was not there yet. Not even the coffee in the lobby was ready when we went for that

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Full of knowledge and made me feel Comfortable . He advised me that there was a wedding in the hotel for that night. He was again ver nice and professional.

The location is perfect. Near town and I had a beautiful view of the water. Staff was very friendly.

Room was run down bathroom was dirty, hair all over floor toilet was dirty not what we were expecting

Hotel is dated but clean. Staff at front desk seemed overwhelmed. They were hosting some sort of wedding and gave the room we requested to someone else. No refund and no options being fully booked. Didn't offer drinks, breakfast. Our location to our venue was convenient and dinner was good. Server was good, but front desk rude saying were fully booked and if you cancel your stay we will still have to charge you most of your cost.
