We arrived late and were assigned a room with a family upstairs that were running and noisy all night. Very inappropriate assignment of room! AC went on and off and room was very warm

Booking.com did not permit me to cancel this reservation within 24 hours, and I was charged the full amount for my stay (though I did indeed cancel within 24 hours). Horrible experience. The charge came from the property on my card and they could do ‘nothing’.

We did not stay. The hotel canceled our room while we were en route. We were not able to travel for our first night. I indicated our arrival through the app, but was told that this does not link to their reservation system. I fully intended to pay for all three nights, but they canceled our entire stay - and charged us for the first night. The staff/manager were not helpful nor pleasant. We ended up having to find a last minute place to stay, on parents weekend, in the rain. I will never be staying at this hotel in the future.

Loved how clean and friendly staff was. Whirlpool is actually the hot tub.

No ice machine.

Breakfast was good . Rooms were clean Quick check in.
