I paid the higher rate for breakfast included and was told by staff to charge it to the room and it would be taken off the bill. Now I am getting billed $96 for breakfast and when I call they say breakfast was only for 1 person. Who would book a room for 4 but breakfast for 1?!

Facilities were in good condition and staff members were all friendly.

A estadia foi otima. O hotel é moderno, tem um bar no hall de entrada. O quarto estava impecável. a cama era super confortável. O sistema de ar condicionado era controlado por um painel na parede. Chuveiro quente, com uma boa ducha. Secador de cabelo, ferro de passar. entrada usb para carregar aparelhos. Aconchegante. Em resumo, valeu a pena.

Éramos 6 adultos e uma criança, e o hotel oferece shuttle (o que para nós era fundamental), mas quando chegamos no hall, pela manha, vimos que não era um carro grande. Nosso voo saia um pouco cedo e eles não ofereceram uma opção de levar ao aeroporto no horário. A pessoa que dirigia o carro estava na recepção batendo papo e disse que só poderia levar a partir do horário determinado pelo hotel. Como éramos 6, teria que ser em duas viagens pois não caberia todos e suas respectivas malas (1 mala para cada). Se fizessemos isso, não daria tempo, e acabaríamos perdendo o nosso voo. Se o Hotel tivesse liberado o shuttle mais cedo, seria tranquilo, mas eles não o fizeram. Infelizmente tivemos que pedir um uber para os 6, para chegar a tempo no aeroporto. Um hotel ótimo, mas nesse quesito deixou a desejar.

It gave luxury it was very clean and nice

Only downside is since it’s patios and balconies it’s more open to little critters crawling around. Only saw like two little beatles but that’s expected from being in the first floor.

Unfortunately, they don’t respond or review the messages and requests sent to them via Booking app, which could result in some unpleasant circumstances, like my case, I have booked two rooms and request them to be connected or next to each others. But when I arrived, I found out they booked two location that are opposite to each other and the Gentleman on the reception could not do anything unless it’s approved by his manager.
