Elevators were never crowded and were never delayed for periods of time

Parking was horrible. There was a wedding the weekend we went. Hence, we couldn't even pay for valet parking (fully booked). We had to park far away with no help from the staff to unload our luggage. The staff were more concerned about wedding guests than regular hotel guests. Stayed for 3 nights and requested cleaning for only one day, and the housekeeper did a horrible job. It was like they didn't clean at all. Overall, please be careful staying there if they are having an event in one of their halls. They really need to do better, I could have stayed at the nearby Hilton for a lesser amount and better service.

The location is relaxing and peaceful. It’s a short walk to two great restaurants: Sedona Taphouse and Uptown Cafe.

It’s not trivial crossing the street if you are walking anywhere.

The beds (mattress)were horrible. The mattresses were too firm, and pillows were extremely too soft. They sunk with any pressure on them - both made for sleepless nights. No toiletries - in the room - you had to ask for hand soap and/or lotion. They have a beehive on the property - used for restaurant, I assume but weird to have it on the property, in my opinion

About 20 minutes from the airport, we thought it a good place to relax the afternoon/evening before our flight. The room was large and the beds comfy, but on every other front we were disappointed.

The pool and fitness facilities were closed. The hotel is huge, looks good, but was very impersonal. The restaurant was supposed to be good, but was very average. Internet is available but is expensive to gain access to. In short, it was a lousy place to stay before the flight. In addition, there was no shuttle to the airport. Its staff were polite, but disinterested.

The location was great and the staff were awesome! We had an event and the service and facility were both wonderful. The space gave us lots of options for breakouts and also areas of fellowship.

Avoid at all cost The hotel double charged me for room and charged an additional 250 for smoking when noone smoked in the room Theives I have been trying for months to get refunded
