I liked that the staff was extremely understanding about our issues with the rooms we were given and worked with us to get a refund.

The hotel was extremely dated. The 1st room had a funky smell and our jetted tub did not drain. The 2nd room we were given with a jetted tub ended up having a huge leak and the water was leaking onto the floor. The 3rd room was a tower room and it was alright but no jetted tub.

Trim around air conditioner missing,could see the light from outside. Smell in room,if it’s the cleaning solution,you should change product

The vents on the bathroom weren't good, took a shower the whole room steamed up and caused the TV to have an electrical shortage. Also was going out for the day and called the front desk to have new towels & sheets. When we got back to the room the new towels and sheets were just in a pile on top of the microwave.. we had left a tip for housekeeping (being courteous) as they usually change the sheets and remake the bed ect.. thankfully they didn't go into the room far enough to take the tip as they didn't deserve it.. so we swapped the sheets and towels out ourselves.. I travel to long Beach frequently.. will not be coming back to this hotel

The locations is the best, walking distance to a nice bar and right down the street from ballast point. Super nice staff, the check in was super easy and quick. The room was spacey and clean, nothing at all to complain about. Great stay!

The stairs & stair rails near room 227 need tightening & fixing, it's unsafe especially with the rain making them already slippery. Our balcony must be unevern, cuz it flooded. But for the most part, the room was good.

I asked for a quiet room. was given a room near the lobby with generous traffic noise most of the stay.
