The front desk associate was pleasant and as helpful as he could be

The room was filthy and disgusting. Housekeeping staff had not cleaned the room prior. The hotel was overbooked so my room could not be changed and I could only get a refund through management (never heard back from management). Luckily I have a cleaning service so I had the supplies to clean the room myself. The bed was uncomfortable, hotel was dirty and smelled like marijuana, other guests were questionable and propositioned me in the hallway. Very unsafe, walls were very thin. I would NEVER stay here again.

It’s in a good area. Rooms and hotel are nice. I really enjoyed the snack area in the lobby.

They do not do your room unless you ask for it.

The staff was exceptional very responsive to all guest needs.

Location and no microwave.
