Stayed here year prior. Worked well and this time brought our dog.

The staff was very friendly

We stayed 3 nights the first we were places in a room next to the elevator in which we were unable to sleep the whole night. They were able to accommodate and move us rooms the next 2 nights which was okay. We did end up finding out someone overdosed on fentanyl and died on the 5th floor which we were staying on the 6th. Thank god it was our last night. I wasn’t sure how to feel about the whole situation so I didn’t sleep at all.

The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating from check in to check out! Quiet area.

The facilities was worn. There were stains on the carpet, the headboard was not cleaned, there was hair around the sink area, and extremely heavy smoke smell in the room.

Good location with easy access to Downtown Denver. The room was a good size, beds comfortable, and a decent work area. Small microwave and fridge with sink. Bathroom was fine with decent towels. I feel that overall, although very comfortable, the hotel is a little dated and there were no outlets by the beds which was inconvenient. Good breakfast with hot options (eggs, sausage, waffles) and also cereal, toast, muffins, etc. The laundry room was useful and cost $2 for a wash and $2 to dry. The staff were extremely helpful and upgraded us to a mountain view at no extra charge.

Could use outlets by the beds. Rooms are dated.

What's not to like? The staff were amazing , helpful and friendly. The view was spectacular. We loved the hiking trail behind the hotel. This was my 2nd stay here and I will stay here again if I get back there.

The only down thing was the thermostat was not working properly, but it was fine while we slept. We were off on our family adventures so that was not really a concern and the mini fridges didn't seems to keep things as cd as maybe they could or should.

Lack of care with concerns. The extra security in the rooms not being functionable. Being a holiday weekend the breakfast was not available during early hours.

Not to happy with my stay. We were constantly awaking but a loud banging all night and when we brought it up to the staff they said oh yea we have gotten a lot of complaints about that room.

Everything was excellent

scrambled eggs were not cooked all the way and I felt sorry for the people eating them oatmeal was instant packages The front desk help very unprofessional I told her I didnt have any cold water in my sink that it was turned off and I was afraid to turn it back on and she said to the other desk clerk oh Im going to have his head. She also parked parallel to the curb out in front too lazy to park in a parking space.

The room was dirty the fridge didn't work. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The rooms were not clean. We had to switch rooms after checking in and our second room was decent, but the shower curtain had stains on it… GROSS.
