I liked the reserved pool hours and not too many ppl at once. I liked the small snack bar with varies items.

The warm breakfast was not appealing. For instance the bacon was overcooked and crumbled in my hands. The hours were a bit different as in on the earlier side.

Hotel was very clean and perfect for my family!

No USB ports in the room.

The location to American Dream was nice. Breakfast was okay.

Booking a pool time. Prior to checkin, I was not aware of reserving a pool time. The reason I booked the hotel from others was because it had continental breakfast and a pool for my kids. There were no pool times available, but when a staff member did help us out to let the kids swim, an adult was drinking and vaping in the pool, blaring a speaker. The hot tub was packed with women drinking and baring another speaker. Our room’s tub faucet was not working for my little kids to take a bath so we had to have someone come fix the faucet.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was 6 minutes away from American Dream Mall which was where we booked all of our activities so that was great. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job as well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Everything was well maintained and clean as well.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and we could feel the metal springs. We did request extra blankets and they provided us that and I used it to cover the mattress more.

Great people in the hotels welcoming and efficient. Treated with respect and honesty. Good room near where I was going (american dream), and it was largely quiet. Great breakfast

The neighborhood is basically a industrial complex. The hotel can't choose that but there is nothing in the area to see - you have to go from the hotel to your destination

The team that took care of preparing and cleaning up the continental breakfast were but very friendly They were also very loud and were banging things around when they were cleaning up the breakfast area They were practically pushy and quick to clean up once the breakfast time was over

When I want to visit NYC, I book this hotel. Rooms are large, very cozy, and clean. They come with a kitchenette. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is fine with lots of choices, even if it could be improve with pancakes or waffles. Staff is great.

It's not in Manhattan, but you can easily get to NYC by bus. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, even if there's no sidewalk to reach it.

The room was large and comfortable, similar to other Residence Inns I've stayed at. The full-sized kitchen would be great for longer stays. Since we were only there for one night, it wasn't particularly needed. Comfortable bed, lots of room to relax.

Overpriced, although I suspect that's true of all hotels in the area. Seems like a destination for children's parties -- large group of kids in the halls and pool when we arrived. Long wait for check-in.

strange main entry-way that looked like a back-door.... the front desk looked like a small "after-thought" as if they'd forgotten to plan for it in the original building design and then had to slap one in there at the end.... and then of course, there was no restaurant/bar

Breakfast what great the kitchen staff did a great job refilling the stations and keeping the dinning room clean..

What I didn’t like is the pool rules. Never had to reserve a swimming pool before so that was a bit much on top of it closing at 9pm

The property was very clean. Our room was beautiful. They had almost everything needed in the kitchenette. We will be staying at this property again! Excellent value!!

The breakfast was not approved by my children. They barely ate and still had to go get them something to eat. They should of had more variety of food for children and adults.

no ice stations, had to retrieve laundry supplies (soap, etc. ) from front desk instead of from laundry room on second floor and cold water was shut off in the kitchen of the suite i was staying in. had to go underneith the sink to turn it back on.

The pool, close to the mall, 24 hour market in lobby, free breakfast. Truly worth it!

The reservations on the pool was something I liked and disliked. It was nice to have the pool area with only a few people, versus having to fight for it. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
