Noisiest night I’ve spent in a hotel ,lifts didn’t work ,no hot water for a shower ,tv didn’t work

We enjoyed the pool very much!

Friendly and helpful staff with a good size bedroom.

Arrived relatively late i.e. 10:30pm and discovered that the restaurant was closed. I would have hoped that a hotel of this size and standard would have had options for food. As a European business traveller I struggle to accept that breakfast is served with plastic knives and forks and served on paper plates etc.

Clean, staff is pleasant professional and service level was on point. Very clean

Ricardo, the bartender downstairs, was a wonderful addition to the staff. He made the evening drinks extra enjoyable. The beds in the rooms were like sleeping on a cloud! Combined with the blackout curtains, I could have slept the whole day.

More coffee items in the room, such as additional creamers and sugars.

Persis in restaurant was very friendly and professional. Your Omelette lady makes the best omelette. Another housekeeper forgot her name was very helpful when I needed a hand.

The location

The walls in the rooms are very thin I spent night hearing the other guests in another room snoring all night, slamming doors talking on the phone etc. It was very noisy. Please don’t blame the guest.

Having lived in Broward County most of my life, when I return for a visit, there are very few areas that I feel comfortable and safe. This location provides me with a feeling of security.

A little pricy for a one night stay, but all in all it was enjoyable.
