First room had some smell ... Second room was not clean. Dust & something like sand we found on the chair and other places

Tv remotes (several tried) did not work no working microwave, no working water at wake-up which also affected free breakfast

Great location close to the airport. They have a shuttle that you can take from 4:30am to 12:00am, but it's also possible to walk to the airport if you prefer. It's also possible to leave your car there and pay for parking daily using the QR code you find at the reception. Room is basic but comfortable, not exceptional but definetely has what's needed for a good night of sleep.

The only complain would be that the heating kept blowing hot air even when we reduced the setpoint to a level where it should really be a fan. Made the room a little hot but nothing impossible to bear.

The breakfast is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hot tub is out of order.

Great front desk person as well as maintenance man.

First room we checked into had a very noisy ptac that short cycled frequently and had a temperature control that would not move. Notified the front desk and a maintenance man was at our door in no time. Said we needed a new room as the ptac was broken- he took care of moving us - he was polite and helpful. This room should have not been released to the public. Our second room had spots on the carpet but the ptac worked fine.
