The room was comfortable, very clean, and big up to date hotel and staff friendly!

No house keeper to deliver towels. Even had ,we had to go and get our own towers and bring them up to our room

The only reason I did not give a perfect score is when I booked the room almost 2 weeks before I stayed there, I specifically asked for a top floor, end unit. I didn’t want anyone above me as walls tend to be thin at hotels. And the hotel received my request and wrote back saying they would do as requested. But I did not get what I asked for. 6 floors in this hotel, I was on floor 4 right in the middle of the 4th floor so at times, there was noise above me while I was trying to rest. Why lie? I don’t understand why say yes, then do otherwise. I was not in a mood to go argue my point and ask to change rooms I was exhausted.

They were repaving the area right outside of the lobby, so it was a little inconvenient and confusing to enter when we first got there

Wow! Breakfast was fantastic! I loved the variety and the flavors. My favorite was the peanut butter toast with berries. The Starbucks coffee was the perfect addition!

I wish the hot tub had been open instead of blocked off. I love hot tubs, and believe this would draw more guests to the property if possible.

Location

On my confirmation email, in writing, it said there was a meal plan to partake in the Breakfast for $10. We were then told at the front counter that it was NOT TRUE and the booking agent just adds that info to their site to attract more customers!! ie. Booking.com!!! You!!! We then spent over $40 for over priced coffee and breakfast!

the breakfast included gave us choices from the menu and was good the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice

Nothing! There was some kind of adult gathering happening near the lobby doors very late when we arrived?

Everything!! Reserved on booking many months previous! Got to hotel and the hotel said they had cancelled my reservation but could tell me when! I had called earlier in the day to confirm reservation and tell them that we will be late because we were coming from a concert in Boston. Person on the phone said we were all set?? Being up since 5am that day coming from Maine arriving at the hotel was so needed! Not sure what happened but I definitely put all my blame on the hotel!! Will not be staying at a Marriott again! We ended up driving home to maine exhausted. Which we were trying to avoid, hence reversing a hotel!! Thanks a lot for nothing!!
