It was close to the colleges. They had all parking that was easy to use. The rooms were clean. There was a reasonably stocked gym. The hotel has a restaurant attached to it and a few stores close by. Nice view of the river from the hotel room.

You paid for parking by the day instead of by the night. We checked in at 3pm one day and left the next morning and was charged for two days of parking. It was a bit pricey, but was about average for hotels in that area for that time of year.

Very nice and professional staff. Facility was well kept and very clean. Nearby by to major universities and attractions. Will definitely stay there again.

Parking is a bit tight if you drive an large SUV.

I really liked the breakfast. The food was good and the staff were helpfull. I also liked the location of the hotel.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff woman at the front desk seemed to have trouble locating our reservation. After some discussion, she informed us that the credit card we had booked with did not match the one we provided at check-in. While we understand the importance of proper payment verification, the way in which she handled the situation left a lot to be desired. She made the check-in process very difficult and seemed to treat us with suspicion and disrespect.

This is a very old hotel. Very old carpet and paintings. Only one lift out of two was working. The decoration is aging and is very sad. Expensive for the quality offered.
