Clean, the staff and the morning breakfast.

The elevator had an odd smell.

Pool. Good cereal choices..off main hwys..housekeeping did replenish towels when requested..comfy beds.decent size room.

Breakfast was a bit bleak,fake eggs,cold sausage.. Staff seemed less welcoming than I've encountered. Dirty carpet in rooms..air conditioning didn't cool well.

It was a place to rest and the room was clean. It was also close to the area's we needed to be.

The hotel should be an embarrassment to the Marriot name. The staff (the ones we saw) were too young to demand order. Some guest were loud at all hours of the night, running up and down the hallways, and the hallway reeked of Marijuana every night. The elevator is tiny and has definitely seen better days. The breakfast was a joke, burnt and tasteless. The rooms were dark, shades broken (couldn't open). The bathroom was old and the door was broken. The hotel smells and looks old. We recently stayed at a Springhill in Lindale TX and had a great experience, leading us to book another Marriot. This Marriot was a bit scary, thankfully we just slept there.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

When I arrived with my kids there was a very intoxicated women running around downstairs and on the floor we stayed out. She was not removed from the hotel even after cussing and yelling really loud while my kids watched. The 3rd floor also smelled of weed really strongly but luckily it was not in our actual room.

I didn’t like that there was an indoor pool advertised but no pool at all.

It was extremely clean and maintained! The staff was excellent as well.

Small thing… The shower did not have anything to place a bar of soap on. I normally bring my own soap and had to sit it on the shower floor because there was no area in the shower that holds soap or towels (in the shower).

The rooms were large and the TV was amazing!! Loved the gentleman that booked us in during the evening. He was very nice and accommodating. We needed more bedding for the boys and he found us some. My wife said His nails were cool as well!!! Also love the free cookies each evening! Kids really enjoyed that treat!

One thing but not a deal breaker .. the pool was no longer there. That is one of our kids go to activities. But we found a water park in the city and it was awesome!

I could not charge my phone on any of the chargers in the room. Had to go buy one.

liked the property; parking was a little tight. I was bothered by the fact that the carpet felt “wet” and unclean. I hated to put my bare feet on it.

When we arrived the hotel was clean

We stayed 3 nights, and not one day did we receive cleaning service in the room. No clean towels or service im the room. We had to reuse the original towels, and room not attended while away We asked for additional bedding, and we had to go to the front desk late at night.
