I loved the hotel. The price was way too high for our budget.

Breakfast spread had great variety and the food was fresh.

Pool water was a little cold (we were expecting heated water) but we sucked it up and enjoyed it regardless.

My initial room smelt like cat pee, so I requested to change rooms.

Fan control in the room

There was a distinct line of chlorine across the top of the pool, we were told breakfast was included, which come to find out it wasn’t. I ordered a bagel, the outside was hard as a rock but the inside of the bagel wasn’t even toasted. The elevator appearance was also very outdated for the facility i believe.

All the construction in the bedroom above me. No breakfast unless you paid for it.

Proximity to city

The room we booked had breakfast included. However, I had to explain that to three different desk assistants, who at the start were denying that it was included until I showed them the booking everytime. Finally one gave me breakfast vouchers but the lady at the breakfast cashier charged me anyways. I asked the desk assistant to please remove the charge from my room, he said he would immediately do it...after checking out I asked for the receipt and saw that the breakfast had been changed anyways to my credit card...I indicated that to the desk assistant and finally got it removed. I am very unsatisfied of their service because I felt like I was asking them to give me free breakfast, but in fact I had paid a higher price for the room to include breakfast.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and location was good.

Found several bugs in the room, towel racks were falling off the wall in the bathroom, shower floor was worn out, shower curtain was nasty, there is not a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST at this hotel, there was no dinner either. Breakfast was not available until 8 am and we waited a long time for our food that we had paid for as Breakfast included in our price to stay there. Lots of confused guests about the Breakfast and the menu was very limited and expensive.

Considering the rate for the room breakfast should have been free.

free breakfast, for the price of the room your should be covering breakfast. My wife & I stayed in a Hampton Inn outside of Boston 2 weeks age for alot less per night and free breakfast. Burlington is nice but it's not Boston...

The room was comfortable and clean

No breakfast and no coffee in the lobby for two days. The manager said the problem with the staff and problem with the kitchen The ice machine on the second floor did not operate. The facility charged a heavy premium because of foliage season in VT

Beds not comfortable, found trash under bed, no bath tub to give small children baths.

I did not have breakfast there; I was just there overnight with some morning business in town before catching a flight home.

There were ants in the room, which may be hard to control all the time but again for 290.00 my expectations were much higher than what was ostensibly an average hotel room.

Room was very nice! Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
