We were greeted warmly and given a Neely remodeled room near exit doors for our bicycles. the toilet was running so they moved us next door. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing! My husband is very picky and he said it was the best. Nice breakfast options. We were just there one night but we’ll come back next time we are passing through.

The beds were really hard, which made it very hard to sleep and the hot tub didn't work. Then received a random charge from them that is now being investigated.

The breakfast was good, and I can't say this enough, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We loved the location being that we could walk to restaurants. Close to the Chattanooga attractions.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. This Property was very rough looking on the outside. Nothing like the beautiful pictures I saw online. The room was not very clean. There was crusty food in the cushions on the couch. My 10-year-old son slept on the pullout, and it was extremely uncomfortable. There was very little water pressure in the sink, and it didn't drain well. Also, there was no hot water Friday or Saturday. This was a really big deal as we all three took Lukewarm/cold showers. I felt that I did my research and read many positive reviews. However, after our stay I can't see how it was rated so high. We paid nearly $600 for a two-night stay in a really small room. I wouldn't expect to pay more than $130 per night tops for this room. I looked, out of curiosity, what the price would be for this coming weekend and the price is $450. Not sure what the price difference is for the exact same room. We could have stayed Downtown in a newer hotel for that $600 price tag. Very disappointing.

Swimming pool was so cold I couldn't get in for longer than a min. Their was ants in my bathroom and I was charged almost 50$ more than I was scheduled to pay.

Easy access from the highway and within walking distance of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool and breakfast was delicious - spinach and cheese quiche was a very nice option.
