I needed a place to stay last minute and they were affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel

The staff are always great, the hotel is clean, breakfast is always available and fresh and I feel safe there.

Constant noise. Constant bad parking. Horrible staff that were rude when I called to tell them the toilet was overflowing. In the picture you can see the water on the floor.

they have a recent no pet policy. I have a dog and your site listed them as pet fruit. I had to pay an extra $35. The bath tub was filthy, didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long while.

Room rate. But a waste once I experienced the property.

TV didn't work. No response to complaint. Staff not friendly. Housekeeping ignored obvious needs.

Great location, looks old-fashioned from the outside, but modern and beautiful on the inside. Nice female touches such as a really nice shower curtain.

Maintenance is lacking. Paint is flaking, shelving barely hanging on the wall, no hangers, room floor barely swept.

The motel is somewhat shabby particularly the pool area. The room didn't have carpet. A few at times at night there was loud noise in the halfway from people arguing.

Nothing I was pretty disgusted with room we checked in to. The room looked to be half fast cleaned when we first walked in. The bathroom was nasty had hair in the shower ants in the shower a glump of hair on the door. Smudges on the mirror. There were stains on the blanket.

first room had no water running in toilet. second room wasn’t clean. very time I call none answer if they do it’s always call back in half an hour. left messages if they call back they hang up on you.

We got stranded an hour away because i70 was closed due to the snow and we didn’t make it to our first night at our stay. Not only did they call me to make sure I was okay, but they were kind enough to respect our reservation but our room as well. I was able to check in as early as I wanted the next day and didn’t have to wait till check in time. I’m not sure if the woman I spoke to was a manager/owner but she was more than kind and provided excellent service. 😁

Dirty. Vent on air conditioner filthy. Wipe marks sporadic on surfaces, no apparent dusting done on night tables, posted as no smoking but the building reeked of weed. When you ran the bathroom fan it seemed to pull in the weed odor. Rust around the bathroom fixtures. Hallway appeared to have not been vacuumed in weeks. Won’t stay here again.
